This Frisco condo/townhome in Mountain Pines is very spacious and bright, with over 2100 square feet and lots of windows. The home was built in the 1990s and has numerous upgrades, like hardwood and tiled bathrooms. The combined areas of the kitchen, dining and living room create a warm and open atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath, that offer quiet solitude. Downstairs there is a bunk room with 4 beds, a bonus room with TV and sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The bonus room is like a 4th bedroom and also doubles as a second TV/Game room, more geared towards the kids. Like the main level family room, it has a VCR and DVD player with a large selection of movies. We have just added a 32" flat panel TV with DVD/VCR in the Master bedroom.

What you won't find are comforters from the 1980s and hand-me-down sofas that belong in a fraternity house. We have purchased everything specifically for this home. We've made an extra effort to make our vacation home a place that you will want to return to year after year.

After a day full of Summit County activities, you can relax and enjoy your evenings by sitting by the gas log fireplace watching videos on the 3 TVs, playing board games while listening to the CD player, or soaking in the hot tub and viewing the surrounding forest and mountains.

Enjoy Downtown Frisco's many restaurants and shops, just a walk or free shuttle bus ride away. Within walking distance are Starbucks, Safeway, Wal-Mart, video rentals, ski rentals, cafe, restaurants, liquor store and more. The Silverthorne Factory Outlets, with over 100 shops, is on the free shuttle route, or drive there in 5 minutes.

Convenient parking and storage are in the attached 2-car garage. No Smoking, No Pets are allowed.

  • We had a wonderful time at Brian and Wynde's place in Frisco. So spacious and the amenities were just perfect. Three floors came in handy when you needed time away from everyone. The kitchen table was my favorite, a place that we could all sit at all at once and enjoy meals together. The location was near perfect. The kids had a fantastic time walking to the park and fishing in the small pond. The wooded area in the back was so much fun for them to play around in while we could sit on the back deck and watch. The neighborhood was great and so were the neighbors! Our reason for going to Colorado was somewhat unusual but the house was so inviting it made the trip so peaceful. Brian and Wynde were just great. You will not be disappointed staying here!

The house was very comfortable and very well equipped and the setting a spectacular 'Winter Wonderland'. Great collection of movies and board games!   • This was our first trip the States for skiing and we had a great time. My parents joined us and loved the huge master bedroom. Our 3 kids took control of the lower level and the adults enjoyed the serenity of the fireplace and the hot tub. Great place, great owners, great snow. We'll be back.

  • My husband and I love Frisco and this was a wonderful place to stay. All info in the ad was accurately presented and we could not have been more pleased. An additional piece of info...bedding is very comfortable and towels are big/soft/plentiful.
