Sunny Side Up has gotten a recent facelift. This home gives a charming yellow exterior and cottage feeling interior decor. This home has a large yard for the area giving you extra grass to play or barbeque Grille. The sunroom on the exterior of the house is a great place to hang and listen to the sounds of the chirping birds.
As soon as you walk in this cottage you will feel oh so cozy. The front room features two futons, one being a bunk bed and TV. As you walk through, the living room/dining room, you will find the master bedroom (patriotic themed) with a TV and a homeowners closet. The eat-in kitchen has new laminate floors, new refrigerator, stove, and microwave. As you move forward, there is a sitting room outside the bathroom with freshly painted chocolate walls. From the sitting area, you go to the sunroom great for playing games or relaxing! The backyard is soon to be grass and have a picnic table, but at the moment the side yard is grassy and great for children.
Arlington Drive, where the home is located, is a private street. The association features a stone fishing pier and a private sandy beach. The small beach also offers a private swimming area in the great Lake Erie.
Sunny Side Up is very close to the scenic downtown Marblehead filled with shops and restaurants. Port Clinton (with a 24 hour Wal-Mart) is a close 10 minute Drive. Cedar Point and Sandusky are only 30 minutes away. Monsoon Lagoon, an outdoor water park, is only 5 minutes away.
Our dock is also available for rent at an additional amount.
