Built in 2006, the house is located next door to the award-winning Patrick's Side Street Café. You can eat out or take out and enjoy your meals in this cozy, comfortable vacation home.
If your desire is to park your car for the entire stay, you can easily do that since the heart of Los Olivos is within two blocks of this home.
Included in that two block radius you will find: a Post Office, bank, Church, Western Wear, women's clothing boutiques, locally owned coffee shop serving Peet's Coffee, five restaurants, two spas, a grocery store and 20+ wine tasting rooms!
For those who are looking for more adventure, the Santa Ynez Valley boasts of some of the best roads for cycling. Bring your own bicycle or rent one just 10 minutes away.
Other activities found within a 10-20 minute drive include: hiking, fishing, boating, outdoor theater, Solvang (Danish Capital of America), Santa Ynez (historic western town), tennis, gyms, and live entertainment both locally and nationally recognized.
If a day, or sunset, at the beach is your pleasure you can have that, too...pack a picnic lunch from Panino's Deli and within 30 minutes you can be at the Pacific Ocean. The beautiful, Mediterranean city of Santa Barbara is a picturesque 35 minute drive south of Los Olivos and Los Angeles is 2.5 hours south, both by way of Hwy. 101.
During your stay with us you will appreciate the attention to detail of this tastefully appointed home. Throughout the first level are beautiful, distressed, plank wood floors and an abundance of windows providing a bright, cheerful atmosphere. Both the living room and dining area have granite, wood burning fireplaces.
The kitchen, which opens to the dining area, is fully equipped with Viking appliances, beautiful knotty alder cabinets and a Viking wine cooler to store your favorite wines. Between the kitchen and living room is an outside covered patio. Outside dining could be a challenge because you have a total of five patios from which to choose!
Both bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed which looks out over the second story deck and the mountains. The second, generously-sized bedroom has a double and a trundle day bed.
The full bathroom and the laundry facilities are located on the second level as well.

Cleaning Fee = $100 (Stays longer than 2 weeks = $150).
Damage Deposit = $750 (Refundable)- Full payment due at time of booking.
Cancel >60 days = $200 fee; <60 days = No Refund/Credit for future stay up to 1 yr
Local/County Tax = 10% of Base Rent, added to all stays of 30 days or less.
