This Bright, clean and newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is positioned near the South Corner of the North Tower at Ocean Creek. The location of this unit within the building gives it one of the most desirable views in the resort. The pictures from the very large balcony, speak for themselves. You can see the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom. Within the unit is a new living room and dining room suit, all new kitchen appliances, ceramic top stove, sleeper sofa, king master bedroom, walk in large closet in master bedroom, entrance to balcony from master bedroom and living room, a twin bedroom with private bath, washer and dryer, wireless high speed internet, boogie boards, and beach chairs. New TV's for living room and master bedroom with DVD players are also included.
The Resort itself boast 7 swimming pools (2 indoor / heated), tennis courts, playground, beach bar and grill, restaurant, putting green, tram, trails, security 24/7, gated community, beach, sun and fun. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach. The location is conveniently located directly across the street from Barefoot Landing which offers dozens of restaurants and scores of shops. A large grocery store is also only approximately ½ mile from the resort. The Tanger Outlet Mall as well as the Briarcliff Mall and cinema are also located approximately 1 mile from the resort.
