  What a special home for a week of rest an relaxation. If you want comfort then this is the place for you. It is perfectly located in Sea Pines next to the bike trail and a short walk to the beach. You don't even have to leave the house to have a wonderful experience. The home is so very beautiful and well appointed you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. It was very clean and well maintained. Traveled with 3 elderly family members and appreciated the one story layout. We just loved the pool area right outside the living room. Our dogs would sit by the pool, surrounded by the forrest and watch the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Good thing they were fenced in!!! Enjoying a glass of wine by the private pool was great anytime of the day. We filled the tiki lights by the pool and enjoyed watching the stars and listening to all the creature night sounds. Wish we could have extended our trip. Matt was so easy to work and quick to answer any questions we had. Seriously consider this home......you can't go wrong and you will be glad you did, We sure were.

  This house was absolutely amazing. Everything that you could need is provided (beach toys, beach chairs (8), beach towels (lots), kitchen fully stocked with utensils ... clean as can be. Beds very comfortable. We loved the pool. Was perfect. The owner, Matt, was a pleasure to work with. Would love the opportunity to stay again here. The house is a 5 minute bike ride across the street to beach access. Yes, backs right up to the bike path. 3 miles via bike to tip of South Beach. 2.1 miles to Harbourtown. (yeah, I use Google's MyTracks). Like I said, this house encompasses everything about HHI that we love and allows enjoyment of all aspects of Island life.

  This home was perfect for every aspect of our visit to Hilton Head. The home was very well appointed, clean and contained all of the comforts of home. The furnishings were all very comfortable and it was a pleasure to spend time indoors, as well as outdoors. The pool was the perfect size, sunny during the day and beautifully landscaped for privacy. They have ample pool and beach floats, chairs and toys. The bike trail is directly behind the home and it's a short bike ride to beautiful beaches and virtually anywhere in Sea Pines that you may want to visit. We really appreciated the comprehensive list of restaurants, activities, etc that the homeowners provided to us as well. As this was our first visit as a family to HH, this information was invaluable and their recommendations were spot on. We would highly recommend the Michael Anthony restaurant, close to the entrance to Sea Pines. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and look forward to a return visit in the not-too-distant future. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. It is truly a special home and you would not be disappointed in renting this home for a vacation.

  This is a perfect HHI vacation home. The backyard is nicely landscaped and provides privacy so you can enjoy the beautiful pool. It also backs up to the bike path which is a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location. We had our morning coffee poolside while listening to softly chirping birds, it was a great way to begin the day. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a summer beach vacation. I would highly recommend this property.

  The location and property itself were fantastic. The comforts of home and convenience to the beach, Soth Beach (Salty Dog), Harbourtown and the Heritage tournament are excellent. The pool and sunny patio were also perfect for us and our kids.

  Our family enjoyed your home so much we rented it again this summer for two weeks. The location is perfect......approximately half way between Harbour Town and South Beach. Harbour Town is a 5 minute bike ride, so shopping, dining, and entertainment were always close at hand. The pool area is very private and probably one of the sunniest in the area, but plenty of places for shade as well. The house was perfect, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils etc. We have rented eleven times in Sea Pines and your house was the BEST, BY FAR!!!

  We just returned from a week long stay and would highly recommend this house to our friends. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We visit Hilton Head frequently and we seek out places with these qualities. Love the wine fridge. Luckily, the house survived three 2 yr olds. (Our first trip with kids) The location is ideal, about half way between Harbor Town and Salty Dog, and very close to the beach. The house had everything we needed, kitchen basics, beach toys, chairs and even what appeared to be brand new bikes. Pool area is great. We also really liked that there was a local contact just in case we needed anything. Can't wait to get back to Hilton Head!

  What A HOME away from HOME!! It had everything to make my family, especially my girls (ages 3 & 5), feel at HOME! We enjoyed so much the cleanliness, the pool, and all the extras it had. There were plenty of pool towels, cooking items, the decor of the home was so comfortable....... I could go on and on. We will be back to enjoy this lovely and very convenient to everything HOME!
