6 Deer Run Lane is back, renovated and completely re-furnished for the 2009 rental year. Located in the Baynard Cove / Heritage Woods neighborhood, it is a fantastic beach orientated house with private pool and direct access to bike / walking path in Southern Sea Pines neighborhood. The house is recently remodeled, and completely redecorated for the 2009 Year with new high-end furnishings, new beddings, new electronics (LCD TVs, X-box and wi-fi), professional grade cookware and most every amenity you can think of. Large patio / pool deck and fenced in rear yard with private pool and direct access to the famous Sea Pines bike paths can get you to the best beaches on the entire island, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town within minutes without ever getting into a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines excellent golf courses.

The main living area contains sofas and seating with a view of the outside patio and pool. There is a brand new 47" LCD TV with DVD, and lots of room to spread out. One of the sofas becomes a queen sleeper should you need the extra bed space. There is also a full bathroom / powder room just off the kitchen and entry foyer convenient to everyone. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom; and a third bedroom with 2 twins. Each bedroom has new bed linens with 'down alternative' pillows as well as 32" LCD TVs. Additionally there is laundry room with space for drying wet items.

Cooking and eating in the kitchen and dining areas will be a pleasant experience. The kitchen is bright (skylight provides natural lite) and contains GE Profile appliances plus a wine cooler. There is plenty of space to prep foods on the new marble counter tops. Small appliances, table service and cook ware are professional grade and plentiful. The dininng table which seats 8 is orientated with views of the living room, kitchen and the rear pool / patio area.

In the rear yard there is a smooth shaped pool (can be heated) and a very large pool deck. All new exterior furniture and comfortable seating allow you to relax and even eat your meals outside if you would like. A new, large surface, gas grill is conveniently located, but out of the way, on the rear patio can be fired up so you can bar-b-que your favorite fresh foods. The beautiful garden and landscaped areas in the fenced in back yard provide absolute privacy and shade while being only steps away from the Sea Pines bike path giving you convenient access to all Sea Pines has to offer. The front yard is also nicely landscaped and a long driveway plus a car port provides ample space for multiple cars. There is also an outside storage room where you will find sand and beach toys and can store bikes.

It is truly a home away from home, with every amenity you can ever want to lounge around and relax while at the same time being very convenient to all Sea Pines and Hilton Head has to offer. It gives you a choice: "to do" or "not to do", either way you will enjoy. GREAT HOUSE - GREAT LOCATION

Great friends for many years finally decided to share the island experiences we remembered growing up. While we currently live in the Midwest and Southeast, we have always loved our times at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island and now we have the opportunity to share it with our kids, friends and other families, meaning you. It is a Great House - Great Location, come stay for a week or two.

    • We just returned from a week long stay and would highly recommend this house to our friends. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We visit Hilton Head frequently and we seek out places with these qualities. Love the wine fridge. Luckily, the house survived three 2 yr olds. (Our first trip with kids) The location is ideal, about half way between Harbor Town and Salty Dog, and very close to the beach. The house had everything we needed, kitchen basics, beach toys, chairs and even what appeared to be brand new bikes. Pool area is great. We also really liked that there was a local contact just in case we needed anything. Can't wait to get back to Hilton Head!

    • What A HOME away from HOME!! It had everything to make my family, especially my girls (ages 3 & 5), feel at HOME! We enjoyed so much the cleanliness, the pool, and all the extras it had. There were plenty of pool towels, cooking items, the decor of the home was so comfortable....... I could go on and on. We will be back to enjoy this lovely and very convenient to everything HOME!
