Koinania Valley Ranch House is situated on 110 Privately Owned acres surrounded by Mark Twain National Forest. This location is convenient for Seeing The Sights being only 25-35 minutes to State Parks, Floating the Black River and Horse Back Riding. Visit Johnson Shut Ins, Elephant Rocks, Fort Davidson, Taum Sauk, Council Bluff Lake and Dillard's Mill. The owners, Duane and Mary, live just across the driveway and are on hand to give tours of the property and answer any questions you may have. Plan an All Inclusive Girls Getaway or your next Group Float Trip on the Black River or Family Reunion and take advantage of Additional Lodging offered and Catered Meals as well.

You don't have to leave the grounds of Koinania to have a Great Time! If you rent the whole ranch then your Children and Grandchildren will enjoy the Rustic Playhouse where they can play Laura from Little House on the Prairie or Daniel Boone. They will have a fantastic time with the Closets stocked with Books, Games and Toys and Dress Up Clothes providing them hours of Old Fashioned Imaginative Fun!                         We stayed here with a large group in 2011. The property was great and the owners were so nice. Loved it and would definatly recommend.

                        Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Weekend- Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun $525 per night...Weekday nights $430 each...Week/$2500
Off Season- $350 per night weekend, $225 per night weekday, $1600/weekly
Rate includes 16 people. Sleeps/21.  2 Night Minimum
Extra adults $20 per person per night. Security deposit of $300 required.
