ORIUOLO apt. very beautiful, it is at 1 minute walk to the Duomo, address is Via Oriuolo N° 20, 2nd floor with lift, in an historical and important building, compost of: all equipped kitchenette, a sitting room, big living room, bedroom with king bed with studio with sofa bed, a bathroom with bath-tub and shower at second level another 2 double bedrooms. and a bathroom with shower.
In this apartment there are very nice furniture and also ancient pictures of XXVII century. please see the photos.

My family of seven spent an enchanted Christmas in Federico's lovely Duomo apartment, which was perfect in every way. Situated in the Duomo Piazza right across from the entrance to the dome, the location simply couldn’t be better. In addition, the apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished and provisioned, and cleaner than clean. We were there for two weeks and never had a single problem or complaint. We had an infant, and a nice crib was provided for us. In addition, the little touches of Christmas decorations made us feel very much at home. I am so glad we found this wonderful apartment, and after such a completely positive experience, I heartily recommend any of Federico's apartments to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to stay in Florence.

We had a large group-4 adults and 3 kids ages 6,8 and 10. The apartment was spacious and roomy with the "great room" providing a central place for gathering, group naps, or just relaxing together. The location is fantasic-lots of fun piazzas close by for kids explore even at night. Great place for families.

We were guests at your Teatro apartment in Florence Italy for a week in September 2010. There were four of us staying there which included my husband & myself as well as another couple. The apartment offered us two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a well equipped kitchen as well as a very comfortable livingroom. We were a little bit anxious about renting this place on line as we are from Canada and had no idea what to expect. The pictures we had seen on the web site offered us a glimpse of what we might be getting but still we were a little apprehensive. We were totally pleased with the rental. It was everything we wanted and more. We found it very clean and tidy. Teatro had all the comforts of home. We were able to do laundry and keep up with the news from our families on our computer as we had service at the apartment. The best part of this rental was it's location. We were in the midst of wonderful shopping and were able to walk to museums, the train station, restaurants and minutes from The Duomo. Location is so important when you don't have a car at your avail. I must say that staying at this apartment was our most relaxing and comfortable part of our three week trip to Italy. One must give credit to Federico Vieri the owner of this rental. He was very professional and extremely helpful and polite during the planning stages and throughout our stay at this apartment. He was there to meet us upon our arrival at Teatro and gladly showed us around this residence. He made us feel very welcome and took the time to answer any questions we had regarding this apartment and the surrounding area. It was nice to feel so at home in a new place. I know I speak for the four of us in saying that we would not hesitate renting from Federico again or recommending this wonderful place to our friends. Thank you Federico for helping to make our Italy trip so memorable.

Federico was very helpful in identifying the Ernesto apartment as meeting our needs in Florence. The apartment was well maintained and in a great location with windows opening up to a nice side street with people strolling by. It definitely felt like being home. The price was very reasonable considering the time or year we were travelling and the excellent location. We were able to walk to all of the great spots to see in Florence in a few minutes. Parking was nearby, so we could take our rental out in the countryside to visit nearby towns and wineries. I would definitely recommend staying in one of Federic's apartments and will likely do so again soon.
