Our family's reunion and celebration of my mother's birthday at the Hydrangea House was wonderful in every way. Overnight guests with lots of children enjoyed being able to spread out and have private bathrooms for all. The caterer for the birthday luncheon was able to work efficiently in the large kitchen and did an awesome job (David Lloyd, Beach Haven Catering). The photographer (Jack Reynolds Photography) was able to arrange all 47 people on the front steps for family portrait (including 16 great-grandchildren). Location was ideal - 1/2 block from beach, walked to grocery & bay for sunset watching. Around the corner from the other vrbo house we needed for more over-night guests and the park for kite flying. Owners were great to work with - sweet even when we made a last minute call to get key for handicap lift! This was a great homecoming as my brothers, sister and I grew up in Beach Haven and our family had a restaurant a few blocks away. Lots of new memories to go with the old!

This is an extremely comfortable, welcoming home. The innkeepers/home owners are very kind and wonderful to work with. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach, playing with the kids in the park, taking in a play at the surflight theatre or walking down to fantasy island and enjoying a mini amusement park. Fine dining is just around the corner at the Engleside Inn complete with a sushi bar or walk over to the best buffalo wings on the Jersey Shore at the Chicken or the Egg. I can't recommend it highly enough. Consider having a family reunion here and be able to enjoy the family for more than just a day.
