Picture it: two adults, three kids under 14 and two weeks of vacation. We needed a home away from home and we found it. This rental was perfect for our needs, since it featured three bathrooms, a giant flat screen TV for the kids and was close to the airport, major shopping malls, beaches and 15 minutes from downtown Tampa. The home was super clean, well appointed and the owner supplied fold-out beds and bedding for two of the kids. We'd rent the place again in a heartbeat. Best of all, it was super private. We never heard our neighbors. The on-site, in-ground pool was virtually our own for two weeks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We were in Largo for the month of March 2010. We moved in and felt right at home. We were only 5 miles from the ocean. March was a bit cooler then normal and very windy at the beach so we spent a lot of time at the pool - the water was very clean. Met a couple from Canada and had a great time with them. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Property was exactly as described - immaculately cleaned and equipped for our stay. Owner was responsive to our call for pool attention and internet access. Perfectly located for access to family, fun and entertainment! I would certainly return, and recommend to anyone interested in this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The condo itself is VERY nice, brand new. There is not a DVD player as advertised, nor is there a radio. The pool is okay; it's a little small. We spent most of our time at the ocean, though, so it didn't really matter. The ocean is only about 15 minutes away, or you can travel about a half hour north to Clearwater Beach and that one is fantastic. We stayed at this very nicely decorated 2 bedroom townhouse for a week this last May. After ironing out a few minor details, we settled in for a very enjoyable time. It was like home away from home and Heather was very willing to try to make us happy so that we would have a great time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
