We stayed in the Anis apartment at the end of August 2011. This was a great apartment in the center of the historic part of town in Colmar. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a bottlr of Alsace wine! We could also store our bikes that we rented downstairs in the entry. It was locked up. There was laundry next door for our use. We really liked it here and didn't want to leave. We rode our bikes from here to other towns nearby such as Turckheim and Riquewihr. I loved the historic charm of the building too!

Our stay in the wonderful city of Colmar was made extra special by staying in this 4th floor apartment. We were greeted with a bottle of Alsac wine and the special bread. The apartment was modern with all the convience of home. Only problem was there no elevator and four flights of stairs to climb. We now know why French people aren't fat. The location was ideal, we parked our car and never used it the time we were there. The train station was very convient and we took a day trip to Strasburg. We only wish we could be here during the Christmas markets. We would highly reccomend this home to all.

My husband and I stayed here in May. We really liked this apartment. It was wonderfully located. The apartment is in a historic building, just a few steps away from the historic part of the city. The area is full of shops and restaurants. Parking and a great grocery store are just a few minutes away. Our host, Jacques, met us near the parking garage and guided us to the apartment. He left us with a nice bottle of local wine and a pastry. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It is a nicely remodeled, roomy one bedroom. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet, except for the sound of nearby church bells. Colmar is a wonderful city to use as a base for touring Alsace. One cautions -- when you want to use the toilet at night, you must go down stairs to the lower level of the apartment. The owner needs to put in some kind of a safety light for these stairs. We left a downstairs light on all night, which seemed to solve the problem. Also, you will need to go up several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Despite those small concerns, I would definitely recommend this apartment.
