We had a great time building this vacation home. We traveled a lot of the world and fell in love with Costa Rica, Guanacaste area in search of a place to build our vacation home and absolutly adore Langosta's stunning views. It had opportunities for all the sports and activities we enjoy like diving, surfing, Hiking and spelunking caves. It has the adventure we crave as we live to explore and learn new things. The cultural and local people are a wonderful treat. But I have to admit remolding and redecorating this year has been very rewarding. We love the Tropical woods we have incorporated in our home and furniture.
We fell in love at first site with the beauty of Langosta beach, because it has the best sun sets and sunrises, mountainous views and most awesome romantic beach walks.
It offered world class surfing, boogie boarding at reef and sand breaks, snorkeling with diversified marine life, tide pooling, awesome fishing off beach and off Tour boat. Great opportunities for whale and turtle watching right in front of Villa off Ocean side Balcony.
We love the Locals and the awesome fresh flavorful healthy menu choices at the many different near by restaurants. Each Eatery/Bar is a special hidden treasure with such gorgeous lovely atmospheres and food so different from the other. The chef's that work in the area are unbelievable great world class and make every meal out a unique wonderful memorable adventure.

We bought and built in Playa Langosta because it was on a Peninsula and was well planned so it would stay a quite safe secure neighborhood with a with very tastefully architectural built upper class homes, & tasteful Restaurants, 1 grocery store, and not allot of load noisy night life bars and busy traffic areas like in Tamarindo. But still with in walking distance to all of what Tamarindo has to offer in shopping and night life for tourist convenance. Sports Bar 3 min walk 1 block away that offers lots of games for whole family to enjoy.
We chose Langosta Beach also be cause of it’s productive aquifer and sustainability quality of water because it is on peninsula of lime stone karst environment. And we knew it being next to National Estuary Park it would sustain the nature and wildlife around us that we all so much enjoy forever.

My bride and myself spent 2 weeks in this spacious condo. We found it to be very nicely furnished and well stocked. The sunset views from the living room and master bedroom breathtaking. The break was right in front of the unit. The pool was great and the grounds were well maintained. the location was a short walk to restaurants and town.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is like the Holly Wood of Costa Rica! The most wonderful élite people have homes in the area. The beauty is endless, out the back gate the beach and ocean are just a few steps away you can go surfing, swimming, fishing, snorkeling or bird watching. The pool is refreshing after a swim in the ocean and the grounds are neat and clean. If you want to take a tour most will pick you up at the front gate or you can catch a bus to the air port or into town with many things to do and see. A small supermarket is one block away or you can eat at one of the wonderful restaurants near by the food is grate! The sun sets are most beautiful and lots of wild life to see. The Villa Langosta has room to sleep many people and very conformable. I am a five time visitor and I keep going back because I love it!

Our visit to Costa Rica was exceptional and made perfect with our stay at Villa Langosta located directly on the beach! The ocean view at sunset is absolutely stunning easily rivaling Hawaii but without the crowd. Ed and Judy have put together a wonderful vacation experience with all the conveniences of home. The villa was clean and conformable having everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We will cherish the memories for many years to come. The town of Tamarindo is located just short distance down the road and is a great place to enjoy dinner and a walk along the beach. I will highly recommend Villa Langosta to anyone visiting the area. It was exactly what we were looking for, yet even better. It could not have been a better experience; we will stay here again.
