Enjoy our family friendly Condo located minutes to Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island and Beaches. This cozy warm home has everything you are looking for. All new furniture, bedding with 800TC (total count) 100% Egyptian cotton linens. Tastefully decorated with tropical colors and accessories. Features include all the amenities of your, “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”. Enjoy entertaining your family and friends in our fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast bar and separate dinning area. Living room has a 32" Flat panel TV, DVD Player/ Mp3 Player; high speed Internet, Router WIFI, and a printer is available. (Dad, remember this is a vacation keep business at home). The master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom. 32" Cable TV and DVD player. The second and third Bedrooms have full-size beds and Falt screen TV’s. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are beautifully furnished with dressers, night stands, lighting, you don’t even need to bring an alarm clock. Our Master bath has a curling iron, hair dryer and ironing board with iron. We also have almost 200 movies to enjoy.
Enjoy the VAST variety of fine dining and family restaurants in Naples, Ft. Myers, Bonita Beach and Sanibel, located just a short drive away. Enjoy Broadway shows at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, or visit the historic homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, or if you prefer... just sit and relax in the La-nai. Like adventure? How about deep sea fishing, Dolphin watches or adventure cruises. For gator watching how about an air boat ride. Visit the Ding Darling Nature preserve on Sanibel or spend a relaxing luxury cruise and do a little gambling on the Casino Cruises available.

Why the Owner Chose Bellamar at Beachwalk
We fell in love with Bellamar beachwalk because of it's location. We are a short distance to Fort Myers beach and Sanabel Island. When my wife and I first visited Fort Myers Beach, it was love at first sight. Once we went over the bridge into Fort Myers Beach they had us at WELCOME. We loved the way everything was on the beach, Bars, Restaurants,and Shops. The sand felt like powder on our feet. Fort Myers beach is also considered to be the world’s safest beach, which alone sold us since we have 2 children. We hope you enjoy our warm, cozy condo as much as we do. Thank you Mike & Nancy

We love our community are heated pool, Jacuzzi and workout area is a bonus. There’s a Super Target, Publix supermarket, movie rentals and pizzeria only a short walk away.

My wife and I are from Atlantic City NJ she works in the casino industry I am a firefighter. We both grew up a block away from the Ocean and Boardwalk in Atlantic City. The love of the ocean has stayed with us thru out the years, but as our winters felt like they were getting longer and longer, we knew it was time to buy, and that's when we found this cozy condo close to the beach.

This condo was an excellent choice for our family. We had a week long stay and lots of baseball games in Fort Myers. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Conviently located to everything we needed. Will definitley stay there again on our next trip to Fort Myers.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

The listing description acccurately reflected the rental's appearance, amenities, and location. What it left out was all the nice little touches that the owners thought of for those who are renting such as nice soaps, shampoos, paper products, laundry aids, beach paraphenalia, etc. The rental unit showed the owner's pride of ownership and the owners were very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

We LOVED the condo.It was so clean and beautifully decorated.Larger then it looked. There is security around and at night the parking lot is lit up like daytime.It is close and direct to the beach with supermarkets very close by.All in all we had a wonderful time.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions. The descriptions and pictures provided were accurate. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives. I would recommend the following places to visit: The Love Boat Ice Cream Shop, The Island Cow in Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, She Sells Sea Shells in Sanibel. There is so much to do in Ft Myers and Sanibel. The condo is close to the grocery stores (Publix), pharmacies (CVS & Walgreens), beach shops and movie theater.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I can't say enough about this condo. I stayed in Mike's condo for a week in November 2009, and it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and it looks as nice as it does in the pictures that are posted. Mike was very easy to work with, and based upon my experience I would rate his trustworthiness very high. The one minor issue we had when we arrived is that the condo seemed warm, and the AC would not kick on. I called Mike and informed him of the problem, while he was en route to a family vacation in Mexico, and he had his manager/maintenance guy come over immediately and resolve the matter. It was nothing more than an issue with the AC setting, which I was too clueless to figure out on my own! The speed with which Mike had this issue resolved left me confident that any other problems would be addressed immediately as well. There, however, were no other problems or issues whatsoever the rest of our week long stay. I meant to post this review shortly upon my return home, but then the holidays hit, and, well, you know the rest of the story! The best testament I can give is that I will be reaching out to Mike within a matter of days to book another week at his place this November.

Our stay was great!. The condo was everything it was described to be. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and centrally located. The pool was fab. People were friendly. A great place to stay! The great thing for us was that it is pet friendly,so our little girls enjoyed it, too. Thanks for the great vacation. We highly recommend this place!!!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this condo to anyone. The description and pictures of the property was exactly what was mentioned/shown. The owners were very helpful in answering questions regarding the property and the attractions around the property. In the future when we travel to Florida we will definitely stay at the same property. I would definitely recommend driving over to Sanibel/Captiva Island, it is amazing! For dinner I would recommend that you try Pinchers (located on the way to the Fort Myers Beach) and the Yucatan (located in the Fort Myers Beach area). We had an amazing time! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this Condo! Thank You to the owners for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Rental!Everything was exactly as stated in the description.Immaculate condo and condo community. Perfectly manicured grounds and very quiet and peaceful. I cannot think of one thing we needed to bring with us. It was all there.Near Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach and great shopping.(staying here cost far less than staying on the beaches, but you still get all the fun and easy access!)Quality and great value added up to a perfect get-a-way. The owners were very professional and even called to make sure everything was o.k. and wish us a good time!i would give this rental 10 stars!
