All new furniture, bedding with 800TC (total count) 100% Egyptian cotton linens. Tastefully decorated with tropical colors and accessories. Features include all the amenities of your, “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”. Enjoy entertaining your family and friends in our fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast bar and separate dinning area. Living room has a 32" Flat panel TV, DVD Player/ Mp3 Player; high speed Internet, Router WIFI, and a printer is available. (Dad, remember this is a vacation keep business at home). The master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom. Cable TV and DVD player. The second and third Bedrooms have full-size beds and TV’s. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are beautifully furnished with dressers, night stands, lighting, you don’t even need to bring an alarm clock. Our Master bath has a curling iron, hair dryer and ironing board with iron.

  • I stayed in this beautiful condo the 2nd week of June and I enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was comfortable and the location is prime. I couldn't believe how close it was to Sanibel, shopping and dining. I can't wait to return, it was like being home but I was on vacation.

  • Nancy and I spent the last week of April 2009 at this wonderful condo. We have been renting through VRBO for almost ten years, and we felt the most at home here as any place we have rented. The unit is fully equipped, warmly decorated and conveniently located. We felt like we were staying in a friend or relative’s home, unlike some of the sterile, bare bones places we have rented in the past. Mike, the owner, was friendly, easy to deal with on the phone, and even called during the middle of our stay just to make sure we didn’t have any problems. The unit is only minutes from the Sanibel Causeway, Ft. Myers Beach and shopping and groceries are just outside the gate. We feel it represents one of the best values west of US Hwy 41 in the Fort Myers area. If you are lucky enough to spend some time at the condo, make sure you check out “The Love Boat,” a delightful little homemade ice cream shop about half a mile down San Carlos toward the beach on the left.

  • We have enjoyed your home with all the little extra's included that have made such a difference. Parking right in front of our door instead of hunting down a spot has made things easier. The internet that you helped me setup at no extra charge is fast speed and easy to use. The extra rooms we have are nicely decorated. Having two full baths has made getting ready much more enjoyable.   • My wife and I were recently there in November. We had a wonderful time. The condo is close to shopping and to the beach. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The place is well kept and tastefully decorated for the enjoyment of any guest.
