Located on picturesque Long Pond Drive just a 10 minute bike ride to Madaket Beach and a 3 minute walk to the NRTA shuttle bus to town, which runs throughout the day and most of the night. The NRTA shuttle also transports bikes.
Traditional Nantucket Cape home set back from road with plenty of parking. Enjoy the beautiful Madaket sunsets on the deck overlooking yard with room to play and watch the bunnies nibble away. Down the street have fun crabbing off the bridge while watching the swans glide around the pond.
First floor includes open living room, with wood burning fireplace for cool Nantucket nights, dining and kitchen. Also on the first floor is a laundry room, powder room and the master bedroom with private bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with hall bath. Living room has large screen TV with cable and DVD player. Hot and cold outdoor shower.
Additional amenities include wireless hi-speed internet, washer, dryer, board games, beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach towels for your enjoyment. The backyard deck has dining for 6, seating area and a gas grill. All weather ping pong table in back yard.
