Beautiful home on constant level Lake LBJ with all amenities. This lakefront retreat is in a quiet neighborhood and has 150 feet of waterfront for your privacy and enjoyment. Next to a large deck on the water is a man-made beach filled with sand for the children to enjoy their sand toys. The basement is always cooler and has a full size sofa sleeper, pool table, big screen tv with dvd player and xbox (not x box 360).
The main floor has three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath; one bedroom has a full size bed and the other has two twin beds. There are ceiling fans in each room. Linens and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
Daily boat and sea doo rental in nearby Kingsland. ShowBiz Theater in Marble Falls; 45 minutes from Canyon of the Eagles Park; 45 minutes from Granite Beach Waterpark near Marble Falls; an hour from hiking at Enchanted Rock; other entertainment like Sea World and the Alamo in San Antonio and Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels are reasonable day trips.
