The house is located on a quiet street within walking distance to Trout Creek Recreational Center and the Lodge Resturant.

The upstairs master suite has a queen size bed, a full bath, plus a single over double bunk bed. On the main floor level is another bedroom accommodating a queen size bed with your own private bath. On the lower level is another master suite with a queen size bed, private bath, and an adjoining bedroom with a single over double bed.
The lower level also offers another bedroom with a full size and single bed. Another full bathroom is located next to this bedroom.
Also located on the lower level you will find a TV room with a large screen cable TV and DVD/VCR player. This recreation room also includes a pool table and a game table area. There is also internet access in the house.
A fully equipped kitchen is located on the street level. Two dining tables provide ample seating for everybody. The great room with fire place is located on this level. During nice weather you can dine on the attached deck. Deck tables and chairs plus a gas BBQ make for enjoyable, relaxing evenings.
This is an ideal home for a family or several families. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people.
The house is located five minutes from Donner Lake and old town Truckee in the Tahoe Donner development. You have access to all of the private association’s recreational facilities, including a private beach club on Donner Lake (with kayaks, windsurf boards and sailboats for rent), a top-notch tennis center, 18-hole golf course, a large swim and fitness center (including modern work-out facilities, steam rooms and three Jacuzzi's), three pools and an equestrian center. The Tahoe Donner area also includes many mountain biking and hiking trails.
For winter fun, Tahoe Donner has the second largest cross country ski trail system in California. The Tahoe Donner down hill ski area is perfect for children or adults learning to ski and snowboard. For more challenging skiing Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Alpine Meadows are all within 20-25 minutes drive. When there's lots of snow, we have a great sledding run along side the house. A community Snow Park is just a few minutes from the house.
