This newly updated home is located on the southwest side of beautiful Torch Lake. This area has crystal clear water and the best sandy bottom on the lake with a shallow waterfront that is great for young children. The calm, warmer waters on the west side are perfect for swimming and skiing. There is a mooring anchor available for boat storage.
Torch Lake is 19 miles long and 2.5 miles wide.
This property includes a screened in porch for waterfront dining and a separate private bunk house for your kids or guests.
The main house has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Bedroom one has a Queen bed, bedroom two has a bunk with twin up and full on the bottom.
The bunk house sleeps four with a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin w/ trundle and includes it's own full bath with a stand up shower.
