1st Floor: King bedroom, TV, DVD, small kitchen with microwave, sink, stove and bath. Double bedroom, 27" TV, DVD.
2nd Floor: Dining area seats 6.
Kitchen has island bar, granite countertops, gas stove, all stainless appliances. Living area has 52" plasma TV, DVD and half bath. There is a wrap-around patio that is great for sunrise or sunset viewing. Queen bedroom, TV, DVD and bath.
3rd Floor: King master bedroom, 42" plasma TV, DVD, bath with double vanities, Jacuzzi tub, huge double shower and patio with great gulf views.

This is really a 4 bedroom home with 4 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. You have to walk through the bedroom on the first floor to access the "5th" bedroom. When we arrived, the 1/2 bath on the first floor was absolutely filthy. There were spiders, a toilet that had not been cleaned in quite a while, and dirty towels on the floor. The floors throughout the home had also not been cleaned in some time (we all had brown feet when we didn't wear shoes). The rental company also only supplied one bathroom which was shared by 4 people with 1/2 roll of toilet paper. When I tried to call the company to complain, no one would answer the phone. I drove to the rental office. They at least gave me some extra toilet paper and towels, but they did not offer any compensation for the lack of the 5th bedroom. I would not have been as angry as I was, but I had specifically called to ask about the home before I booked because we had 5 couples on the trip. I was told that one of the 1/2 baths was at least attached to the room without a bathroom; however, I was misled. Just be aware that this is more of a 4 bedroom home. Not a 5 bedroom. Also, we discovered that the dishwasher was broken. The dishes from the previous renters were still in the dishwasher in a puddle of stagnant dirty water. We called to make the service guy aware of the issue, but again, no one would answer the phone. Positives: location, the porch on the 2nd floor, master suite.
