TRUE 'BY-OWNER' unit! No management company - you deal directly with me. This condo is setup as our family's beach home. It is setup more like a home than a rental unit.
The Majestic Beach Towers is 1st class!! It is the most sought after resort in Panama City Beach with unbelievable amenities that are the best on the beach!

Our OCEANFRONT condo is beautifully decorated. It is located in Tower 2 on the 6th floor. This is one of the lowest floors with a awesome direct view of the beach.
The Majestic is a FABULOUS resort!! It is in a GREAT location on Front Beach Road. The Amenities Package at the Majestic is like NO OTHER PLACE! 3 outdoor OCEANFRONT pools w/ kids pool/mushroom, 2 indoor OCEANFRONT heated pools, 3 hot tubs, on-site restaurant and deli, Starbucks cafe, tennis courts, full fitness center and spa (small fee), 100 seat theater, store, and conference center. You will not have to leave for anything!
The inside is newly furnished, featuring non-slip Tile through out the Family Room, Kitchen and Hallway with Carpet in the Bedrooms. Other features include a very spacious Ocean Front Balcony with a door off the Family Room, an Island Kitchen with Barstools, a Dining Table that seats six. All 3 TVS are BRAND NEW in 2011 with Flat Screens. The Family Room has a 42 inch Plasm with a Blu-Ray Disc Player. The two bedrooms have 19 inch flat screens.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed. The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed and there is a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa in the Family Room.
Also, there is a separate Laundry Closet with full size Washer and Dryer, Iron and Small Hair Dryer.
We also provide 2 beach chairs stored in our unit so you will not need to pack them unless you need more than 2. All you need is your beach towels and an umbrella!

My name is Carol Walker and this is my beautiful family at the beach. We bought this beautiful unit at the Majestic as a place where we can make AWESOME family memories.
I am a realtor for Keller Williams in the NW Atlanta/West Cobb area. I love the beach and going down to Fla! This is the only unit we own. I am not a management company! Our trip in March was great. Carol definitely took care of us. I had a great time with 2 other girlfriends during our spring break getaway. We just like to take off a week from the real world and escape. The condo was perfect. It was great waking up to the sound of the waves and not to mention each one of us got a bed. I was lucky enough to get the sleeper sofa and I have no complaints because it was as comfortable as a bed. I would recommend this for anyone. The view of PCB does not get any better.

Carol - just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was nicely furnished, had all the comforts of home, all with a fantastic view of the gulf! I would definitely love to stay here again sometime soon and would recommend your condo to others! With it being the off season (and FABULOUS Sept, weather!!!), the beaches and restaurants were less crowded and very enjoyable. We went to Pineapple Willy's, Schooner's, The Back Porch, Margaritaville, and Sharky's. I think this is the perfect time of year for a beach trip. :-) Thanks again!

My family and I enjoyed this great property/unit in April and it was great. Everything was picture perfect upon our arrival and the owner was superb to work with. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. The condo is well furnished and has everything you need for a great stay. Very clean and the owner is very helpful. We would recommend for anyone looking for a cozy get-a-way. Our kids especially loved the choice of indoor and outdoor pools between the time spent beach-side!

This condo is great. It is very comfortable and clean and is equipped with everything you need. The pools are awesome as well as the view from the balcony. Great location. The owner is very friendly. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.
