The best surfing in Nicaragua and most of Central America. Colorados - awesome beach break tubes. Panga Drops - A-frame reefbreaks with an easy drop and long rides. Short drive to Playa Rosada, Santana, Popoyo and more. Plus offshore winds all day, all year.
And the only golf course on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua.
On the second floor overlooking the pool. Upstairs means cool breezes and no bugs or other strangers wandering into your vacation condo. A quick 5 minute walk to the surf in one direction, and a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and golf in the other. This is the best location in Iguana, and Iguana is the best location in Nicaragua!
