2 Days at the Beach – 23 Live Oak Street – Seagrove Beach, FL
This three-story 800 sq ft carriage house in the quaint first section of Old Seagrove Beach is perfect for two days or two weeks. Nestled amongst magnolias and palms, “2 Days at the Beach” is barely 75 paces across the street from the beach, and is an easy stroll to Seaside’s shops and restaurants. Among the amenities are: an 8' x 30' private heated pool (heating fees apply), wireless internet, 2 flat-screen TV's, 5-zone stereo system, private balcony with excellent gulf views, a filtration system for drinking water and free long distance.
Ground Level/Outside: Private, screened-in porch which opens onto the pool and adjacent outdoor shower. A gas grill, complete with wash basin, is located inside the porch for cooking and eating at the teak dining table that seats 8. Enjoy the gentle breeze of the ceiling fans while reading a book or taking a nap on the hanging day bed lounger. This is a great area for entertaining. Pool side there is a wrought iron table and chairs and some loungers. Please note that the pool heater at 2 Days at the Beach is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50°.
Second Floor: The house entrance is on the second floor. The king master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a private bath with walk-in shower with pebble-tile as well as an oversized rainfall showerhead with separate hand wash and a granite countertop. Down the hall, is a private alcove with trundle beds (2 twins), and TV/DVD. The laundry room has a stackable washer/dryer.
Third Floor: Ascend the stairs to the top floor to enjoy sweeping views of the gulf. This is the main living area with kitchen and a walkout balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf. Relax on barstools on the balcony and its outdoor bar areas with a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink watching the sunset. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, including a microwave, cook top, frig with icemaker, dishwasher and electric oven. Breakfast bar has 2 bar stools. The living space has an L-shaped sofa with queen sleeper, dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV with surround sound, DVD player, a docking station for your IPOD and a five-zone stereo system for listening throughout the inside and outside of the house. Full bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower and vanity sink.

Wow! This house is one of the best rentals in Seagrove Beach. We have vacationed in Seagrove for the last 15 years with our children and recently grandchildren. This year only my husband and I were coming down for a week to visit friends in the area. We were looking a smaller house with everything we had been used to in previous beach rentals. WE FOUND IT! 2 Days at the Beach is a beautiful home. Everything you could think of these owners have provided. The King bed is super comfy. Bathrooms are like something out of Home and Garden magazine! The location is absolutely the best in Seagrove. So very close to anything and I do mean anything you could possibly want. You can be on the beach in less than 3 minutes, the pool is bigger than ones in most 4-5 bedroom homes in the area. The porch on the lower level is a perfect place when the afternoon storms pass through. The trees and lush landscape surrounding the home are beautiful and it is very peaceful during the day and evening. I just can't enough great things about this beautiful home.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this house and it was GREAT!!! The staff was nice and very accomodating. The location is perfect, the home is decorated fabulously and the bed was sooo comfortable. It was a close walk to the beach and to Seaside. And i cant forget the wonderful bathrooms...the showers were superb!!! My husband even mentioned that he felt like he was living in a potterybarn catalog!! will be coming back again for our first anniversay.

We came down to Florida on the spur-of-the-moment, and we felt like we hit the jack-pot. Nestled in your cozy treehouse, for the three of us your carriage house had everything we could ask for and more. We spent most of our time here walking to the beach, walking to Seaside and biking 30A. Having so much at hand was absolutely idyllic and we fell in love with this area. Thanks very much for sharing your beautiful home!

What a beautiful home this is. A little romantic house in the trees. We loved every detail, especially the stereo system!! Loved having music to swim to, eat to, and sleep to! We had some of our best home cooked meals on your screened porch! We will definitely be back for another visit! This house surpassed our expectations on every level! Thank you!!

This was a perfect house for our vacation. My husband and I had been apart for 18 months, and this trip was to celebrate moving back to the same house! We loved our time here in the "treehouse". We loved the kitchen, pool & close proximity to everything! You have a wonderful house that has been decorated beautifully with so many amenities. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to return as soon as we can!
