The ocean views, the golden knotty pine walls, and the 3000 square feet of living space make this a hard to get property with lots of return guests booking a year in advance.
The main floor of this three level home features a 30 by 15 foot living room with an adjacent outside deck, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bath, and a single bedroom with a queen size bed. Upstairs you will find a bathroom and four bedrooms, each with lovely views of the ocean or mountains. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth is furnished with a king size bed. The largest bedroom is located on the lower floor adjacent to the family room. It is equipped with a queen bed and two twin beds, plus a private bath. Bike storage and laundry facilities are also located on this level.
This property sleeps 14 Adults with parking for 6 cars. These limits are regulated by the City of Seaside and cannot be exceeded at any time to protect the rights of the neighbors.
