This is the perfect Waimea town location: on the border between the wetter "green" side of Waimea and the sunnier "dry" side. The cottage is on the edge of a small, quiet subdivision: out the picture window in the living room is a panoramic view of the rolling pasture-lands of Parker Ranch, with magnificent Mauna Kea rising beyond, and two other volcanoes visible to the west . It's an awe-inspiring view, yet, in the other direction, you are only a five-minute walk from shops and the live arts programs at Kahilu Theatre.

High--Speed Internet access, free long distance telephone calls, off-street parking, and twice weekly rubbish pick up are included with this rental along with use of Owner Clubhouse and exercise facilities. BBQ, beach towels and beach chairs provided.
Waimea is about forty minutes from the airport at Kailua-Kona, and only fifteen minutes from such famous beaches as Mauna Kea and Hapuna.
