Welcome to your recently built, 6 bedroom, 4 bath Mountain retreat. This Del Rio Construction home has been beautifully designed by Mountain Home Design Center and comfortably sleeps 12-18. From the moment you enter the home there is a feeling of warmth. Being the closest single family home to the Village,thru the backyard, cross the street and you can jump on the Gondola, dine at great restaurants, shop at the stores, enjoy the entertainment in the village square, grab an ice cream or hop on the trolley and head out across town. No need to drive further once you arrive at your retreat! Our large two car garage and big driveway can easily fit up to 6 vehicles. The Mammoth Yosemite Airport has daily direct flights from LAX for those who want a 65 minute trip to Mammoth.
Once your day of fun is over let your culinary imagination go wild in the one of a kind custom kitchen, or have your party catered. The kitchen includes warm granite, copper sinks, a wine refrigerator, Viking stove top, double oven, and warming drawer as well as a compactor, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen comes ready to use. The bar seats 5 and beautiful dining room table seats 8-12.
The master suite includes a fabulous travertine, granite, and copper bathroom, walk-in closet, and fireplace. Comfortable living rooms can be found booth upstairs and downstairs with rock fireplaces and cozy couches. The Mammoth Room upstairs has a king bed. Downstairs the Minaret room sleeps 3 on bunk beds. The Sherwin room sleeps 2 on bunk beds, the Lincoln Mountain Room sleeps 2 on a queen and the June Mountain room sleeps 2 on a queen.
Need to watch some football? Our big screen upstairs does the trick. Our great workout room has a flat screen installed to keep your mind off the pain, and the hot tub will soothe your muscles after a fun day on the slopes or saddled to a horse, dirt bike or mountain bike. Throw your dirty clothes in the Bosch washer and dryer and you are good to go.
