Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was impeccably clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We liked the proximity to the Shops (especially the Foodland Farms market) and it was an easy drive to some amazing beaches (Hapuna and Mauna Kea were our favorites). The location of the condo in the Palm Villas was perfect - it was very peaceful and the grounds were immaculately maintained. We grilled on the lanai, visited the pool every day, and got lots of use out of the adult and children's beach gear that was provided. We can't wait to come back again.

Palm Villas are beautifully landscaped. Pool area excellent. Used every late afternoon. Villa is very comfortable with all amenities. BBQ excellent, used regualrly. We accessed all the island from Kohala, a really enjoyable holiday!

Very well equipped condo over looking beautiful landscaped gardens and pool, we don't think there is a golf course view. Very clean, minus a few random dirty towels in kitchen drawers. Central location in Mauna Lani resort; easy walk to the Shops with grocery, coffee shop, restaurants. Walk to the beach is closer to 15 minutes, easier to drive with all of your snorkel gear. Beach and beach club were great, snorkeling beautiful, employees friendly. Master bed is very firm as another user noted. Bring shampoo, not provided. Bathroom towels in ok shape. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas all great to have and use, no paper plates or plastic utensils or condiments in the refrigerator as noted there would be in the arrival paperwork. Overall we would stay at this condo again as the issues were very minor because, heck, you are in Hawaii!!!

Our family of mom and dad and 4 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Trude was excellent to work with, and the unit is just as nice as it looks in the photos. Little extras like adult snorkeling gear, a cooler, and two boogie boards made having extra fun easy. For those wondering about location on the Big Island, we thought the Mauna Lani location was an excellent choice. It is a great launching pad from which to see the rest of the island, and no matter what weather we ran into in our travels about the island, we always returned to sunshine!

Trude and Scott's place is perfect. The layout and location are ideal for a vacation. The gourmet kitchen is a dream for chefs, the outdoor lanai is a great setting for dining (we ate most our meals there) and rooms are generous in size. The complex has beautifully manicured grounds and a wonderful pool. There is so much to do in Hawaii and this place is close to it all. Enjoy!

Great condo in a PRIMO location. We got a lot of exercise walking to and from beach and stores. Took yoga classes at the beach every am. Beach is excellent for snorkeling, and great whale watching if you walk around the point. Condo is upstairs unit, nice and well equipped. Beds are quite firm.

The Mauna Lani Palm Villas are the perfect place to relax, enjoy the water and see the Big Island sites. I highly recommend this ideal location for the perfect romantic or family vacation. Trude’s unit has everything you need for the beach, for cooking great meals, for cooling off in front of the TV and for a good nights rest. The three bedroom, two bath unit has plenty of room for a family of four to spread out with comfortable mattresses and furniture. The unit has everything you need to feel at home and the credit card/access codes and refund transactions all run very smooth. We are very happy we chose this condo and would love to stay again.We chose this unit because it over looks the pool, which is where the kids spend most of their free time. The pool and spa has a natural lava rock look with a waterfall that the kids love. The private access parking next to the beach club house has a peaceful beach with small waves and lots of sand for kids. The whole family will enjoy the best snorkeling in Hawaii from this location and the dive shack is right there offering boat dives. We really enjoyed the private two seat cabanas at the beach. The best body surfing waves are north just a few miles at Hapuna Beach, also convenient.This really is the best choice. Great location, price and comfort. We are glad we did not stay with the crowds of tourists in Kona.

Every day was awesome! We enjoyed this resort. The club house beach has the best snorkeling and Hapuna Beach has the best boogie boarding. We love this pool and the grill.

We loved our stay here! The condo felt very clean, spacious and elegant. The master suite is spectacular and the other rooms are very nice as well. All the beds are extremely comfortable, and the full-sized kitchen was used every day. The beach club is so gorgeous and gentle and has clear water and excellent snorkeling all day long. We appreciated the snorkeling gear available at the condo as well as the boogie boards, cooler and beach towels, which we took to Hapuna Beach, a nearby state beach with waves. Our two teenage daughters really enjoyed each having her own room and the whole family enjoyed the huge flat screen TV in the living room. The master suite has a large flat screen TV as well. Additionally, the pool was designed to feel very natural and was very inviting. The grounds of the condo were immaculately landscaped and lovely and delivered a Hawaiian feel. The view from the lanai over the grounds was delightful, as was watching the tropical birds who came each morning to visit. There is also a stunning mountain view from the kitchen window. There are many choices of condo complexes in the Mauna Lani Resort area. Of all the ones we looked at, Palm Villas was the best balance between price, location and luxury. It's a ten minute walk to the grocery stores and shops, and a ten minute walk or a 3-4 minute drive to the beach club. We'd come back here. Thanks to Trude and our fabulous hosts for a great stay.

A great condo in a wonderful complex. Small, gated, quiet. Within walking to beaches, shopping and across the street from tennis and workout center. Pool is never busy and the grounds and premises are top shelf.

What a beautiful condo to stay in!! Our kids had a blast everyday that we were there!! With 4 children, it was extremely spacious and the condo catered to our needs perfectly. Trudy was a pleasure to work with and very efficient as far as keeping in communication and everything panned out so smoothly! We can't wait to come back and will refer all of our friends and family here!!
