Come Enjoy Big Fun on Lake Sammamish and be only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. Lake Sammamish is the largest “hidden gem” you’ll come across, boasting much calmer and warmer water than Lake Washington, and filled with things to do.
Our most recent addition to our Lake Sammamish/Seattle Eastside rentals is located directly on the lake with its own dock and waterside yard. Situated on West Lake Sammamish Parkway in Bellevue, this beautiful 2,600 square foot home is 6 miles to downtown Bellevue, 5 miles to downtown Redmond, 8 miles to Kirkland, and 15 miles or a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle.
So you get the beauty and fun of being on a very water sports friendly lake, which warms to 75 degrees for July, August, and September and can enjoy all the Greater Seattle area has to offer for nature, entertainment, shopping, and some of the best cuisine and restaurants in the country.
This house features an open floor plan "Great Room" that opens to a covered deck, facing the lake. The 2,600 square feet are comprised of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen on the main floor with all of the bedrooms, including the spectacular master suite, located upstairs.
The kitchen boasts a large granite prep island with cooktop, and a nice eating bar. The kitchen has all the amenities.
The master bedroom on the upper floor has amazing views of the lake from both the bedroom itself as well as the outdoor deck. It has a King size bed with in suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, have Queen size beds and share one full bath directly across the hall. There are two separate basins and the shower and toilet rooms can be used individually.
Although you will probably spend most of your time outside on the lake, playing or barbecuing on a glorious gas grill, or exploring the area, it’s always nice to have the option to retreat to the family room’s big sectional couch, put in a DVD and relax in front of the projection screen TV with home theatre sound. And if that doesn't appeal to you, you can step outside into the 8' hot tub!
The house is equipped with a computer and high speed internet access.
