Spectacular view from almost every room in the house and only 30 feet from back deck to the water! This beautiful newly renovated home offers everything you need for a fun-filled North GA mountain/lake vacation.

Level lot allows you to descend 3 steps from the deck and your only a few steps away from the water!

With a fully equipped kitchen, this ranch style home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a television with either a DVD or VCR. Family room also has a TV.

Nestled in a private, no-thru-access neighborhood, this lake home comes with a canoe and kayaks. Life jackets and tubes are available for use, as well.

A mile and a half down the road you'll find Moccasin Creek State Park where you can launch your boat and jet skis. Dock your boat in this home's boat slip and raise your jet skis on the two jet ski lifts.

The outside bi-level deck offers a table for 6 and a counter table for 4. Relax and unwind as the kids play in the back yard and swim off the dock. Seek shade on the covered upper deck or step down two stairs and sunbathe on the open lower deck.

    • I can't remember when we have had such a great time with our family. We rented this house for a week and I have to say it was money well spent. My family joined us from Florida and we spent each day on the water. There was a lot to see in the area but we were having so much fun the only time we left was for gas and more food. I really think it was the jet ski that topped the week but we spent some real quality time and was able to shut the outside wold off and really reconnect. From the comforts of the house to the fun in the water. Each day was filled with excitement. The lake was so close we spent each day in it or fishing in our pj's. 3 words to discribe our visit "It Was Great" Thanks, Steve and Jen for making it available.
