This complex includes two beautiful infinity pools, spas, poolside snack bar, palapas on the beach, tennis, and much more. Enjoy Ixtapa's mild temperatures, safe and friendly atmosphere, as well as moderately priced restaurants and entertainment mostly within walking distance.
For golfers, Ixtapa's two golf courses are nearby. The condominium is 2600 square feet with a 280 square foot balcony with a Jacuzzi spa, and has spectacular beach and ocean views. It is completely furnished with everything to make you feel right at home. Bay View Grand is only 20 minutes from the airport and only ten minutes from Zihuatanejo where you can enjoy a large selection of dining, recreation, and shopping, or experience lunch on the beach at La Ropa or Las Gatas.
Th condo is centrally located in Ixtapa so you can walk anywhere in Ixtapa from this location. You can walk on the beach and take the Gondola to El Faro restaurant or you can walk out the front of the complex and walk to over 50 restaurants located within walking distance. You can take the bus to other beaches or zihuatanejo or catch a cab all in front of the complex.
Midweek maid service is provided and extra maid service can be arranged for a small fee.

Why the Owner Chose Ixtapa
The main reason we decided to buy in Ixtapa is we absolutly love the area and the the place is centraly located so we can walk anywhere from there. Bay View is a beautiful place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views of the mountains and Ocean are fantastic. The restaurants are all close by and the food at the snack bar down stairs is fabulous.

Thank you for considering our second home for you vacation destination. My wife and I have been going to Ixtapa for over 10 years. We fell in love with the charm and beauty of the area. We love going to Ixtapa any chance we get but with kids we can only go when they are on break. The fishing in Ixtapa has always ben one of my favorite things to do and one of the main reasons that I love going there.
