This Gorgeous Munds Park one acre home sits directly on Pinewood’s Semi-Private Country Club's Golf Course. Enjoy breathtaking views from every window. Whether you're looking for family fun, a romantic getaway or rest & relaxation, this spacious 2850+ sq ft home is ideal for your next vacation or wedding (see details below). The spacious Master Bedroom has a Cal King bed, private shower/tub combo, TV with satellite and double doors leading you out to the backyard deck that overlooks the golf course. The 2nd and 3rd Spare Bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full-bath (shower/tub combo) down the hall. The 4th bedroom is on the other side of the house and has bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom) and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a full-size mattress that can be placed anywhere in the house if needed.
The cozy family room has two leather sofas, TV with satellite, DVD/VCR Combo, small stereo, wood-burning brick fireplace and double doors leading out onto the deck.
The newly-remodeled full-service kitchen has everything you need to serve up a feast! Enjoy a meal in the breakfast nook and take in the gorgeous views from outside!
The living room has a sectional and TV with satellite and is perfect for family gatherings. Get the family together and have a movie night!
The game room has a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Although we DON’T recommend it, there is a desk just off the kitchen and game room if you need to work some too.
Munds Park is about a 2 hour drive from Phoenix, 20 minutes South of Flagstaff and 45 minutes away from the Red Rocks of Sedona. Pine Restaurant/Bar is just up the road along with a grocery mart. Head out Pinewood’s Semi-private Golf Course, for a day of golfing or a few miles down the road is the national forest where you can go ATV riding. Head on down to Mormon Lake Lodge for lunch and horseback riding. You can also enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, etc.
Want to head out for the day? Spend some time in downtown Flagstaff for great shopping, dining, art and entertainment (movies, live music, art galleries and theater). Some great places to visit are Heritage Square, NAU (Cardinal’s training camp in the summer) and Snowbowl!

We were excited to escape the summer heat and this property offered a fantastic environment in which to enjoy the cool country. We did not explore the Munds Park area much, but used it as a jumping off point to visit Lowell Observatory, the Kachina Trail on Humphery Peak, and to taste the food in downtown Flagstaff. Rooms were spacious, light, airy and comfortable. The pool table was a hit and a great gathering place. Everything was clean and very well maintained. I loved sleeping in the MBR with the doors open and the screen doors shut. It was depressing to return to Phoenix.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family stayed at this home for my niece's graduation during the weekend of May 7, 2010. We all had a great time, we loved the house but there were some things that we were not satisfied with. For example, there was no propane for the grill and the grill was very dirty. We also did not have enough propane for the outside heaters and were told that it was" too warm to use them and too late to go and get propane". We had to ask for chairs for the outside deck and we did not have enough towels for 11 people. Those things should have been in place before we arrived, however after contacting the property manager, we did receive propane and chairs were put out for our use. We washed towels after we used them but it would have been nice to have enough for everyone. I would recommend this property but the above items should be made readily available to the renters.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
