Kiawah Island is a barrier island located approximately 20 miles south of beautiful Charleston. Kiawah has 10 miles of fabulous beach, miles of biking trails, world class tennis and 5 wonderful golf courses including the Ocean Course which will host the 2012 PGA Championship!
Our home was built in 2007 and features an open floor plan with hardwoods throughout. The gourmet kitchen features gas stove, marble counter tops and 2 dishwashers for that large group! A separate bar area with ice maker will ensure that you'll always stay refreshed!
The Great Room is equipped with a large flat panel TV (DVD)and sound system that will sooth you throughout the main living area and the pool!
Ceiling fans throughout will keep you cool as you decide among a quick jaunt to the beach, a bike ride along the over 30 miles of trails, a game of tennis or golf, or a dip in the refreshing private pool (with automatic cover).
Or, if you prefer, you can spend some time either on the classic southern style front porch or the screened back lanai enjoying the beautiful maritime surroundings of Kiawah!
There are 2 master suites (both king sized beds). One on the first floor and one on the second floor...perfect for that large family gathering! The second floor also has 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each joined by a large "buddy bath" and another private bedroom featuring a queen bed. Ceiling fans and flat panels in each bedroom will keep you cozy!
