Welcome to the "Beach House". This Luxurious Three Story Key West Style home was constructed in 2005. You are only a short stroll away from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
This beautiful home contains 3 floors. The first floor has a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with granite counters and top of the line stainless appliances. The living and dining rooms are also on the first floor. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, tv/dvd player and stereo/cd player. The dining room/bar area has ample seating for at least 10. The first Master Suite is located to the rear, contains a full bath and opens up to the beautiful pool area surrounded by brick pavers. This home has one of the few private pools that is heated as well as jetted. Complete with gas grill near the pool.
The second level boasts two master suites each with its own private bath and balcony. The rear bedroom on this floor had a queen size sleigh bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The balcony overlooks the pool area. The front bedroom has a king size bed and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony. The third level contains a fourth bedroom complete with a 1/2 bath, queen bed and a trundle bed (2 twins). The 3rd level balcony also offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.
