The home is so nice you might find it difficult to leave. Zion National Park is just up the road, or go 15 minutes the other way to Sand Hollow Reservoir to go boating, swimming, or fishing. You can also visit Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks which are all just a 2 hour drive from the home.
St. George and it's golf courses are just 25 minutes away. We have 5 ATV's you can rent from us. Start right from the house that is surrounded by beautiful trails that go on forever. You can have fun with a guide that will show you fun trails the whole family will love or explore them on your own.
Horse back trail rides are just across the road. or just float down the Virgin River on a tube. You can walk right to it!
The mountain biking is some of the best in the world. Gooseberry Mesa is our backyard! In the winter you might want to go skiing, Brian Head Ski Resort is just an hour away. There is no shortage of activities here!!!!

Why the Owner Chose Zion National Park
Our favorite place to hang out is Zion. We have been on so many gorgeous hikes, taken family pics there, been to many fun restaurants there, and floated down the virgin river. Our children are always happy there so we decided to build a rental house nearby so that we could stay there too.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The ATV riding is so much fun!! The trails are easy for the whole family and the views are amazing. Nearby my children love to walk down to the river and play or float in it. We love to go boating and fishing in the Sand Hollow Lake which looks like a mini Lake powell. We have sat in the Jacuzzi tub on the balcony and looked up into the starry night. It is breathtaking. We hope your family will love this home like we do.

take hwy 9 exit (exit 16) and follow the signs to Zion National Park. Turn right on Camino del Rio, after you see the Zion River RV resort.
Just ten minutes west of the home is grocery shopping for everything you need.

We are the Smith Family. We moved here to Southern Utah from CA four years ago because we love the outdoors. We have 5 chidren. We hike, ride atv's, go boating a lot, play tennis, right here in our back yard. We feel lucky to be living in such a beautful area. We build homes for a living. We loved building this vacation rental home for us and many others to enjoy. We feel that the fountain of youth is found in staying active and having fun, so that's what we do. Come have fun with us!
