  It slept 12 of us comfortably. Aaron the owner was always available for any questions or concerns. Had all of the comforts of home. Enjoyed the outside as much as the inside! Was like staying in one large luxury hotel. Already making plans for the group to come back!

  This house was exactly right. The location is wonderful. I perfect midway point from Zion National Park for hiking and Hurricane for any stocking up that was necessary. The furnishings are beautiful. The location was easy to find, everything we needed was at hand. Planning to stay again soon.

  This house is amazing! We loved the hot tub, the fire pit and the surround sound music throughout the house and out onto the deck. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is very well maintained and clean, located in a quiet area with beautiful views of Zion national park. The owners are wonderful to deal with accommodating us at the last minute. We came to bike and hike and will be back. It was truly a great time!

  My family and I had a wonderful time on our Utah vacation. The size and location of the house were great and suited our needs. We were within a 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful Zion National Park. We even ventured on to Bryce Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon for some great hiking adventures. With that being said, I must say that the cleanliness of the house left something to be imagined. There were spider webs everywhere and dirt and grim covered the windows. We even had to purchase our own paper towels and toilet paper because there was next to none available upon our arrival. On top of that, the dishwasher almost fell over everytime one of the drawers was pulled out. It must have been installed incorrectly. At the end of our trip, we dutifully performed all of the required cleaning demands and lets just say, the house was definately cleaner than we found it. Despite the cleanliness of the home, we really did have a wonderful time. The landscape in southwest Utah is beautiful and I would definately visit this area again.

In defense of our cleaning people we had the Redbull Rampage downhill mountain bike crew at the home for the two weeks prior to your stay. The Rampage is the largest and most extreme mountain bike event in the world. It was amazing! They worked and played in the desert dirt for two weeks straight, then brought that dirt into the home every day. We try to always get the house into perfect cleanliness for every group coming to stay, but we feel a little short this time. If you the other reviews of our home you will find that most who stay there are very happy with the home.

  What a great home! We absolutely loved this rental. We have 10 guests and we fit more than comfortable. It was very easy to find and the location was really close to Zions entrance. It was very private and very very clean. The fire pit was perfect for this time of year. We loved the kitchen and size of the great room! The bean toss game was a great addition! We played for hours! The photos did not do this house justice.

• Rocking out in Zion

  Top notch property. easy access to Zion. prepare to have your heart in your stomach while you drive through the park. Bryce is a must see too. Don't plan to swim much, particularly in the Virgin River near the property despite the write up. that said, prepare to see amazing starscapes and vistas in every direction. this could be the most relaxing vacation i have had in 25 years. try to make time to see Snow Canyon, the national park about an hour north (?? Monument, good 1/2 day trip) and do the 4-hour ATV trip out of Hurricane. All the surprises were good ones. locks on the house are funky. have to raise the handle to lock them (new to me), there is another gas valve on the outside for the fire pit which is exceptional, and make sure to find the house binder which i took a day to find. in summary, i expect to return and in the meantime will look at the 1,200 pictures i took. • Beutiful House!

  The house was as nice as the pictures, and gave us a lot of room to spread out. We were two families with a total of 9 people. The proximity to Zion was convenient, about a 15 minute drive. There were plenty of restaurants to eat at in Springdale (next to Zion). Would recommend this to people that want more space than a hotel room can provide.

  We loved this place. It was the right size,very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Needs a Pizza Cutter though. Could not get the Wifi to work but the house does have a router and wifi, Probably my fault not the owners, So it was nice to have to unplug for the vacation. Would rent here again and again.

  We stayed here for a Zions hike with 4 adults and 6 kids. It is a great house. Hot tub and firepit were excellent bonuses. The house is done in full time bathrooms and clean garage and new appliances. We were thrilled wtih how nice the house was. I would stay here again and again. Location is about 10 minutes from the Zions parking lot and 8 minutes to the grocery store. Nice view for sunsets too. And No neighbors. vacant lots all the way around the house. very quiet at night. Nice beds too.

  The house was nice and I especially loved the kitchen. Some of the utensils left something to be desired, with pots and pans that were obviously very old and sued. But it was a nice large kitchen. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable for me (and my not-so-great back). I didn't use the hot-tub although the other couple that stayed with us did once. Although it was appreciated that the owners sprayed for pests, the smell of it was a bit overpowering the evening that it was done. And it was farther away from the park than we thought from the description. However, it was still a pleasant stay. If we do this again, we will try to get something closer to the park.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers.
