Built in 1996, this home has four bedrooms, plus loft area, and two and one-half baths. It sleeps up to ten very comfortably.

Treat yourself to the beach, the surrounding wonderful restaurants, games, and activities. Long Beach Island - it is the place where family memories are created!
This home is offered on a Sunday to Sunday basis. We have found that it helps our guests miss that dreaded Saturday traffic both on and off the island.

We are a Sunday to Sunday rental. We do rent weekends before memorial day and
after labor day. Our in season rates are $3750 - $5000

Spacious house with large common area in a great location - steps to the beach or the shops/restaurants/bars. Very convenient and accomodating.

My family has been going to LBI for over 30 years and this house was by far the best location we've stayed to date. We were concerned that being in the center of town, there may be issues with noise and traffic, however, we were pleasantly surprised. The evenings were very quiet, even in July. The house was immaculate and spacious with an open floor plan so it was very comfortable for two families to stay. The master bedroom "suite" was a pleasant surprise as well. We spent many nights sitting on the front porch reading until the sun went down. The kids could ride their bikes to the school to play basketball or wiffle ball and the beach was a quick walk in the other direction. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interesting in enjoying the best LBI has to offer - beach, shopping, great restaurants and children's activities. You can park your car for the week and walk and ride bikes everywhere! The only problem was how fast the week flew! We hope to stay here every year...felt like home.

Our family vacation at this house was terrific - six adults and three small children found a very comfortable, well maintained home away from home with all the amenities - lots of space to gather (or to have privacy) - a front lawn, porch, and back yard for outdoor activity - the large family room/dining room was open with enough room for toys and games for our active little ones, and relaxation for the rest of us. A very short walk gets you to Treasure Island, the beach, and lots of restaurants - so we could forget the car and go on foot (or bike, or stroller). Highly recommended!

A clean, fresh, new house very close to the beach is what we were looking for and what we found here! Beach Haven is a great spot for families, and all the amusements were really close by. My ony comments to the owners would be to type up a welcome letter to renters, giving them the basics, like the location of the grocery store & how/where to obtain beach passes (which I think should be included). Additionally, a few homey touches would add a lot, e.g. a hair dryer, a hamper, some placemats, another bedside table in the master. Pleasure to be there.. thanks again.
