We are located close to 5th Ave and 3rd St for restaurants and entertainment. Wonderful shopping. Magnificent unspoiled beaches. Free fishing on Naples Pier. Nature walks, boating. Sailing trips. All to be enjoyed in the fabulous sunshine state of Florida. Only 250 miles from Orlando. Take a cruise from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. There is so much to do for all ages, and every vacation is different each time.

Year Purchased: 2008
My Husband & I are both from England. We visit Falling Waters for 6 months of the year. We have owned a property here for 16 years and are very familiar with Naples and all there is to offer to make your vacation something special. This condo is our dream project. We want it to be one of the best rentals on Falling Waters, So we will endeavour each year to make this possible. The best endorsement you can give us is to want to return to vacation again. Thank you for considering us. Please note than our calendar isn't completely booked as we don't occupy this condo ourselves. Therefore you can treat the condo like home as none of our personal items are taking up space.
Why the Owner Chose Falling Waters
We chose to buy this vacation rental as the quality of the condo and it's location are just perfect. The thing that sold it for me was seeing the sunset reflected in the lake, when I walked out onto the lanai. The condo was privately owned and very well maintained. So we could build on improving the interior. The quality of our guests is excellent too.

Dear Janet & Roy We have had a great time in your wonderful condo. We have stayed in Falling Waters previously and this is definately our favourite place to stay. It was lovely to meet you both and we are looking forward to seeing you in England. We particularly like the Lanai, but keep arguing about whose turn it is to use the sunbeds! We really enjoyed staying here in your very well equipped condo. You have done a great job in setting this up-everything we needed, comfy, nice deco, great beach chairs, relaxing Lanai, and most importantly an electric kettle! (rare in the U.S.) and a drying rack for swimsuits. We've had a great time here as a family with lots of sun, relaxation and refreshment. Thank you God Bless
