New professionally furnished south facing luxury condo 5 minutes from Canmore Alberta in a very quiet complex. Our condo is 10 minutes drive outside the main town site where you feel like you are away from it all, but still only a 5-10 minute drive to all amenities. You will enjoy sleeping out of earshot from the the train and high density condo areas. You will feel like you are in a mountain village more than downtown Calgary.
25 minutes east of Banff, 35 minutes to Sunshine Village, 50 minutes to Lake Louise, driving distance to fabulous hiking and mountain-biking in Kananaskis, Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, and Jasper Parks, just over an hour from Calgary airport.
Enjoy a 2 bedroom (one king, one queen), 2 bathroom 2 storey condo property. Over 1200 sq.ft. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters & island (stocked with many spices and condiments), full linens, fitness room, outdoor hot tub, plasma tv’s, cd player, DVD player, electric fireplace & in suite laundry.
There is a library of guidebooks and trail maps in the unit for your use during your stay. The condo has a nice selection of board games for those who like quiet evenings.
For those with allergies, this unit has a strict no pet and no smoking policy so you can breath easy! We also use environmentally friendly and mostly organic cleaners.
Please note we do not rent to anyone under 25 years old (families welcome).

This property offered an extremely good value and was in perfect condition on our arrival. The owner's instructions were perfect (and easy to follow) on access to secure parking, the unit, the hot tub, etc. Since it is a full two bedroom condo - townhouse style, there is plenty of room on both levels. Both bathrooms are on the upper level, however, which didn't turn out to be inconvenient for us. We were able to cook dinner in on three nights, and found this condo to be well equipped with supplies and utensils. We would definitely return for a future rental here.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
