This nicely furnished, impeccably maintained Jersey Shore home is walking distance from the Asbury beach and boardwalk. From the outside, it retains its historic character, yet it is thoroughly modern on the inside.
The large open floor plan easily handles families and guests and all of the rooms are filled with natural light. The living room has a large sectional sofa, 46" LCD TV and A/V equipment. There is also a full bath on this floor.
The kitchen features cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a commercial range.
The dining room comfortably seats 8-10 around a large farmhouse table and is adjacent to an outdoor dining area on the pergola-covered deck.
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with separate WC, and laundry area.
The entire third floor is the Master Bedroom with private en-suite bath and sitting area. The bathroom has a large stall shower with massaging body sprays.
The home was extensively renovated with modern conveniences, including central air, and there is a ceiling fan in every room. The property has off-street parking, a wrap-around front porch, and a large fenced back yard.
Inside, the home is appointed with every amenity imaginable, such as luxury linens, high speed wireless internet, LCD TV, DVD, CD, stereo, cable, 2 additional flat screen TV’s, bikes, cribs, and beach toys. New furniture, antiques and artwork are constantly being added. There is also an outdoor shower at the back of the house that is great for washing off after the beach.
