This Year round Cabin is located on a private 3/4 acre lot within walking distance to Breezy Point Resort.
Each Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a set of bunk beds, perfect for one large family or 2 small families.
The cabin is rustic, very well maintained and decorated for the Up North feelings for you to enjoy. The Kitchen is fully furnished with almost everything you will need from carving knifes to a blender, crock pot, microwave and even a coffee grinder.
The newly remodeled bathroom is spacious and has a tank less water heater, perfect for the teenagers who like to take long showers. You will never run out of hot water.
The Screened in Gazebo is the best. It is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs for over flow seating at meal time and for card playing or entertaining in the evening.
Outdoor fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows, singing and/or telling spooky stories.
The cabin is on the lake with a floating dock so you can dock your boat or other water toys. This part of Pelican lake in not ideal for swimming. However, there is a public sandy beach within walking distance near the Resort.
This cabin is curretly available for weekly rentals. If it is available within 30 days of your stay, we may consider a weekend rental. Weekend rental rate is $700 for up to 8 guests. Addition guests $100 each.
