Quiet, professionally-decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit on 11th floor sleeps ten (with twin bunks, queen sofa sleeper, plus two nice rollaways). Large master bedroom has a king bed, a very big walk-in closet, bay window overlooking the ocean and a private door to the balcony. Master bath features a garden tub, separate glass shower and double sink vanity. Second bedroom has a comfy queen bed.
All rooms have large TVs and DVD players. Sliding doors in the living area open to a large balcony with a chaise, large round table and 4 chairs. Watch the dolphins swim by as you sip your morning coffee! Many excellent restaurants are close by, and eating in is convenient and easy! The dining area seats six, plus three at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, GE Profile appliances and an enclosed laundry area. We’ve added special touches to make your stay enjoyable and memorable— old-fashioned board games, beach chairs, swimming floats—even beach towels and sun-glasses in case you forget yours.
Condo is located at the end of building with unobstructed views of the beach. Located close to elevator bank which leads directly to beach boardwalk. Easy access to trash disposal.
Condo contains beach chairs and flotation devices for guest enjoyment. Condo has WiFi internet access.

Winter In Beach Heaven

My husband and I just spent three months of, Winter In Beach ~ Heaven, This condo was so wonderful, for getting away from the miserable winter months of Missouri. The location at the end of the hall was so quiet and easy to access. Having the Trash Shoot across the hall was very convenient. The condo is much larger than it looks in the photos. Wonderfully decorated in bright beach colors!!! The kitchen is fully stocked and that is real nice, for extended stays. The balcony was great for early morning coffee, lunch and dinner.To us, there is no better sound than children laughing, and we heard a lot of excited children on the beach. The color variations in the water, were amazing, not to mention the sunsets. We also were able to experience the Perigee Moon, or the largest full moon in 18 years. Glad we had our telescope. When the moon set, it was beautiful on the water, just as the sunsets are. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins and got some pictures of them, even jumping out of the water. Mardi Gra's took place at Pier Park while we were there and we found the rooftop of the parking garage a great place for watching the fireworks and taking photos of them. Every employee of Emerald Beach, greeted us with a smile and a hello. They were all so pleasant. The Skybar was a great place for meeting travelers, and watching storms. lol Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with those of us, who do not own one. We, can not wait to return in January.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Beautifully decorated end condo. This unit was very clean and it was close to the elevators. There was a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony was the ideal place to have coffee every morning and watch the girls enjoying the ocean. It was also an ideal place to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July celebration. Starbucks was a hit and only a short elevator ride away. We even recieved free valet parking to help with the wheelchair access to the car. There is a strip mall across the street that has a diner, an ice-cream shop, a pizza/wing restaurant and a mini-mart. The owner has also included a notebook of places to visit, restaurants, and activities for the entire family. The hall closet houses everything you will need for the beach: floats, umbrellas, sand toys, chairs, etc. It was so nice to have everything we needed there without going out to buy all these things. This condo was a home away from home.
