  This was our third stay and we will be back next year for the rally we love it its like home away from home for us we love the fact that we have a great view of the beach and we are far enough away from the wild ones lol but close enough to every thing it is in the perfect location all the neighbors were so friendly I highly reccomend the trip we plan on retireing here in the future .

  This was a beautiful condo; had everything we could need for vacation. It was very comfortable, clean and in a very convenient location. Although we were not exactly on the beach, we still had a beautiful view of the ocean and at night when all was quiet we could even hear the waves crashing. This was a wonderful first vacation for our 2 youngest daughters. The walk to the beach was an easy one. The pool was great. I highly recommend Thomas' Donut Snack Shop... Laura is very sweet and patient to work with. We would recommend this property to anyone! The only BAD thing at all was the fact we only had the chance to stay there 4 nights :(

  Great family getaway just across the street from the beach with a nice view. The condo was comfortable and the perfect launching spot for jaunts downtown, Pier Park, and Thomas' Donuts (Yum!). We look forward to a return trip.

  My husband and I loved the condo! The location is perfect for a relaxing get away and we weren't far from Margaritaville which is a major plus for us! I especially loved the little touches that most renters don't think of. We didn't have to worry about purchasing beach chairs and umbrellas, and the toiletries left were perfect since I often forget to pack those items. I have already recommended this condo to my family and friends.

  We couldn't have been happier when we arrived to find this beautiful and sparkling clean condo set in a meticulously maintained complex complete with pools and spas.We were wowed by the sand chairs, umbrellas, outdoor chairs and many other items available for us to use along with special touches too numerous to list.We loved the condo location at the beach where we were just short minutes away from fabulous shopping and good eats. We are already making plans to return next year! 08/06 - 08/11/11

  We were very pleased at the value of this property. We worked with the owner who gave us an outstanding rental rate that included cleaning fees. When we arrived, we discovered that there were little things provided to excuse us from bying the things that we really dont need to have at home. (ie...three small folding chairs for the beach and an umbrella, all very easy to take to and from the beach.) There was also a drying rack for our bathing suits and towels. There were very thoughtful travel sized toiletries that I often forget and plenty of towels, washclothes, and toilet paper. There was even a flat iron stashed in the bathroom drawer. Overall, this property was very practical and had everything we needed!

  Loved our stay in this condo. Very clean, cute and cozy. It had all the ammenaties that we needed and more. Close to all the shops and the beach access was closer than I expected. Loved it and plan to stay again soon!

  My husband and I are not "beach people". However, after the wonderful stay we had here we are now "beach people". The condo was well maintained and clean. The view from the living room is awsome. Words can't accurately describe what the experience is like. The owner was so easy to work with and gave us suggestions to what we should see and do since this was our first trip to PCB. We have already told several friends and family members they need to stay here. I have already booked our week for 2012.

  Excellent, clean, economical accomodations with easy beach access. You can park in front of the unit with no steps. Owner very easy to work with.
