Step inside the secluded double glass doors and find yourself staring up in to the unobstructed view of the mountains from the entire 12' back walls of glass. Turn the other direction and gaze upon the sparkling, over-sized, crystal blue pool inviting you to jump in. This Canyon Country Club residence is a beautiful oasis flooded with natural light and carrying an Asian influence.

Sitting directly on the golf course, you can see beautiful greens from the living room and yet, you have total privacy around the salt water pool with surrounding hedges. On the opposite side of the house, a large raised Pagoda for relaxing with the morning paper while sipping a cup of coffee awaits you with a different view of a new mountain range and hundreds of mature palm trees. As you enter the home, a pagoda fountain and coy pond welcomes you into the front door entrance. Another beautiful large olive jar fountain sits on the border of the property and the golf course.

A perfect home for entertaining with many sitting areas and a large pool bar to mix up your favorite beverages. A covered outdoor lanai living room is positioned so you can relax in the shade or gaze up at the beautiful mountain range. It is set up with comfort with three standing lamps and a misting system.

The owners of the home have a design/wall-surface company that specializes in Venetian Plaster, so you will find it throughout the house. This post-modern contemporary house was refurbished in 2005 with new windows throughout as well as new tile flooring.

The atmosphere becomes magical and very romantic at night with professional indoor and outdoor lighting throughout the home. You can even light the 4 in-ground gas Tiki torches. Light the above-ground fire pit for a final touch.

And as you finish floating on the raft in the large 20 x 35 pool you may want to unwind by turning on the infra-red penetrating sauna and escape for 30 minutes listening to your favorite music on the built-in CD player. Music surrounds the house and the outdoors with its built-in system. Plug your IPOD into the system and listen to your favorite music or select from our CD collection. The house also has 160 television channels plus all the music channels to tune in to.

The home has an office for your business needs. It is set up with office supplies you may need. Just bring your laptop and tap in to the WI-FI. You can even use your laptop by the pool.

The Master bedroom and Guest room both have king size Tempurpedic mattresses for your comfort. Down comforters and 600 thread sheets are on all the beds. Each bedroom has been set up with its own flat screen TV and DVD player for your personal enjoyment. The third bedroom is an attached separate casita with its own personal large bath and kitchenette. Perfect for total privacy....it even has its own entrance.

The main kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream and allows for entertaining while cooking or serving. The vast granite counter-top gives you ample room for serving up your favorite appetizers. We supply fine dinner-ware along with wine and champagne glasses. The kitchen is equipped with all your needs including coffee makers, juicers, blender, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. We even supply the fresh coffee beans! Make yourself a cup of coffee the minute you arrive.
