Location, Location, Location!! GREAT NEWS, 2009 RATES FOR 2010 SEASON!!! This affordable, clean, and beautiful home is in the best part of the city of Sea Isle. We are within walking distance to six restaurants, for any dining experience on the island!! There's also an ice cream parlor at the end of the street for an after dinner treat for your family. If you choose to stay in, the kitchen is ready for any gourmet. We also have the newest addition to the island one block from our residence, which is a "BRAND NEW" amusement park for the kids!!!
This BEAUTIFUL home has one king, two queen, one bunk with a double on the bottom, a twin on top, and a trundle under the double, one queen sleeper sofa. We are providing LINENS for the bedding and bath needs. There are 4 beach tags at your disposal, and free wireless internet!!! There are 3 TV's with DVD player for each and basic cable, there is also 3 1/2 baths, two are on suite with the master bedroom, and the bedroom off the kitchen. Central Air, dishwasher, enclosed outside shower, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and off street parking.
Owner maintained, we pride ourselves in offering a top notch facility to be sure that you will have the most memorable vacation for your family. Two doors away is water sport rentals, enjoy the breathtaking views of the harbor, which is a fully active fishing community.
Our commercial fisherman bring in the catch of the day, every day, enjoy the sites and sounds of a real harbor at work. If you choose to take a cruise, feel free to walk up the block to the "Starfish" and take a deep sea fishing adventure at your choosing, twice a day, or save it for the night life on the "booze cruises" and rock the night away until midnight on the high seas. Minutes from Ocean City or Wildwood boardwalks, or the shopping in Stone Harbor and Avalon, without the costs!!!
No better place on the island than one of the four decks on the premises to sit, relax, and have a sip of wine, coffee, or iced tea. Enjoy the sunrises or sunsets too, they're all spectacular. If you want night life, we have that too, all within walking distance, so go out, and have a great time, you'll be home in minutes, no need to worry about parking, or DRIVING!!! No pets are allowed. Weekly rental rates vary pending on the time you are wishing to book. All rental weeks start and end on Saturday, check in is 2:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.
Deposits and procedures: A $500 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, half due in one month and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to black out the week. Any lost beach tags will be deducted from your security deposit at $20 each. No rentals under 25 yrs. of age; family rentals only.

Thank you for yet another great summer!!! Unfortunately I will not be back next year. Not because I didn't enjoy the last two summers here, I did IMMENSELY, I have decided to buy my own place instead. Please feel free to stop by to say hi, have a drink, I'll be just around the corner. You have a delightful home!! I really love the crystals hanging in the master bedroom windows. We viewed some amazing sunsets off of the top deck. I'm grateful that my daughters had such a charming home to live in this summer.

Good thing the house was so nice, since we were trapped in it all week!! The weather was awful, but at least we had plenty of games, TVS, books, magazines and margaritas!!! Thanks to "Hurricane Ernesto" we had rain every single day. It's the first time we spent a week at the shore and never made it to the beach. Maybe we'll have better luck next year!! Thanks for letting us stay.

Wow, we could not have found a better place. Thanks for putting in the order for the great weather too!! As you saw our son is in a wheelchair, and he could not have been happier sitting watching all the boat actvity. We even got him out on two boat rides!! Our parents seem to enjoy the week as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was wonderful. Coming here is such a great tradition and it's nice to know we've found a home away from home!! The boys enjoyed watching the tuna boats unload their catch each day! Thanks so much for making our first ever visit to Sea Isle a very comfortable one. We had plenty of room to spread out for 2 families and the 4 bathrooms/showers helped tremendously as we all came back from the beach each evening.
