That’s why we built in Casa Grande where you’ll still find a small town pace and atmosphere, yet only 25 minutes from Chandler, 40 minutes from Sky Harbor, and 60 minutes from Tucson. The children friendly development of Villago has picturesque walks accented with ponds, green belts, parks, and fountains.

Completed in August 2007, this gorgeous, fully furnished 1750 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath Spanish ranch has all the amenities, including Whirlpool washer and dryer. With a beautiful open floor plan, this home comfortably sleeps 8. A new pillow top queen sleigh bed and mammoth walk in closet compliment the master bedroom. All you need is your toothbrush and clothes.

The relaxing covered front porch is directly across the street from a lovely 5-acre landscaped green space, with mountains rising in the distance. A fully landscaped and fenced back yard has covered patio with table and chairs, and a professional stainless steel gas grill. You are five traffic free minutes from I-10, North Mountain Park, and golf, 10 minutes from the mall, theatre, many restaurants and more golf.

  • We stayed at this beautiful new home for a week in the spring. We enjoyed the modern kitchen, cute breakfast nook, spacious family living area, large master bedroom with huge walk-in closet and super-size master bathroom. We appreciated the washer and dryer, relaxed in the private back yard, grilled on the huge gas grill, biked around the village, and strolled through the park across the road. This home is very clean and perfectly kept up. It is centrally located to many great places to sight-see like the Grand Canyon as well as fantastic dessert scenes. The weather was super, too. We would heartily recommend this home.

  • My family and I only stayed in this home for one week, but we wish it could have been longer! Beautiful new home with plenty of room for everyone. We had cook outs on the back patio and enjoyed many of the village’s amenities, including: the park across the street (great for a game of catch), the basketball hoop, bike rides and walks around the ponds to feed the many ducks. The house was decorated in an awesome desert like motif and included a useful guide book of Arizona. We were able to stock the fridge with groceries, but ate out many times as well. Great location, with shopping at the new mall and a strip of restaurants to choose from all less than ten minutes away. Also loved the desert’s breathtaking sun sets, a fabulous view from the park, looking over the mountains. We also found the home owner to be pleasant and agreeable to work with. I would definitely recommend this home as a place to stay and hope that we can make it back again in the near future!

  • My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for nearly two weeks (Nov 11-22) The home had a gorgeous view and a peaceful neighborhood. In our case the house was perfect for a romantic get away, but is also large enough to accommodate an entire family. Not to mention the price was beyond comparison for such an experience. Would recommend to anyone.

  • My wife and I stayed in this home for nine days and had the time of our lives. The accomodations were wonderful, and it was worth every minute we were there. This home is close to everything and is easy to get to from Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix. I encourage you to rent this home and enjoy yourself as we did. You will have a relaxing time in this beautiful home away from home!
