Spectacular views abound from the this unit's balcony.
Soooo close you can hear the waves breaking on the beach and watch the dolphins as they frolic in the surf. Island Princess is a Gulf front building with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico with it's sugary white sandy beach and the azure to emerald green colored waters of the ocean.
Island Princess boast almost 500' of Gulf Front footage and has a reputation of being family oriented. Located approximately 7 miles from Destin restaurants and attractions.
This unit features luxury interiors with fabulous upgrades such as corian counter tops, ceiling fans, air conditioning, electric heat, and floor-to-ceiling slides with view of the beach and ocean.
The living room has a new Flat screen TV for up to date viewing and convience. The wall to wall glassed area with sliding door looks directly out to the beach and ocean from this 4th floor unit and opens right out to our balcony. It's a great place to enjoy a morning coffe or reading a book while listening to the crash of the waves on the beach.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with the master bath having a shower/bath tub combo. This master bedroom has a plenty of closet space.
The master has a sliding door onto the balcony and a direct ocean view from inside the bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a double closet. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a new flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The unit comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD or VHS player.
This is a great unit for families with small children or couples. Okaloosa Island has an array of fine restaurants sure to please the appetites of it's guest. Within 2 miles of the unit are at least 25 restaurants with some of the best seafood restaurants on the Gulf. We have restaruants that have a wide variety of cuisine.
Many restaurants, major grocery store, video rental stores and other shopping abound within 2 miles of the complex, no need to drive a long way for a fine dining experience.

My husband and I and our 2 young children stayed here the week of Thanksgiving. It was just what we needed. It was clean, well equipped and had the most amazing view. We watched dolphins from our balcony on several occasions. The beach, pool and jacuzzi were close and the condo had a closet full of beach toys to use. We enjoyed many meals in the kitchen and took the kids to Fudpuckers for a casual meal where they could write on everything!! (bring a sharpie). My husband and I enjoyed a sunset dinner at Harry T's in Destin and had fun walking around the shops in that waterfront complex afterwards. Sidenote, we found the key box at the property's door very convenient since we did not know are exact arrival time and wouldn't have to bother with the office. We returned home to NC totally relaxed but minus one stuffed toy shark my son had named Sharkie. It was special to him since it went to surgery with him when he was younger. The manager of the property, Wanda, was more than understanding and helped put a search plan in place. It was several weeks and many prayers later that we received an e-mail from Wanda saying she had found Sharkie. Apparently he had gone out in the laundry and was sitting on a shelf at the facility where the linens are taken. My son had almost given up hope and had started praying that maybe Santa would bring him a new Sharkie, When Christmas morning came and he opened a box with his REAL Sharkie in it he had tears of happiness in his eyes (He had many nights with tears of sadness wondering where Sharkie could have been). Thank you Wanda for going above and beyond the call of duty! We would recommend this property to friends and family with kids. It is exactly what a family with kids wants...a clean condo without the fancy and fuss. We were able to relax in a comfortable surrounding without a worry or concern of my kids damaging expensive lamps or furniture.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this unit for a week in July 2011 and it was absolutely wonderful. Extremely clean and well-kept, lovely decoration and felt like home away from home. The ONLY complaint we had were the extremely slow elevators. The condo Island Princess itself was lovely and clean, free beach service include with stay which was very nice. We love the panhandle of Florida, lovely clean beaches, our second time in Fort Walton and after staying here would not want to stay anywhere else. It is close to good seafood and activities, but not as busy as Destin which is wonderful for shopping and activities and only 6 miles away. Our son caught a shark on a private fishing trip out of Destin which he will never forget. The units owner, Wanda, is a lovely person and very accessible and easy to reach. You won't go wrong staying at this unit, especially with this owner, we are already planning for next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Condo 404 was very well equipped and clean, good location and away from congested areas of Destin but close enough for shopping etc. Definitely will try to stay in this area again. Beach service included real nice. Owner was real pleasant to deal with. It was real nice to just walk in when we arrived and not to have to mess with management group, everything done on line thanks againRecommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
