Maine’s only lake that is an official "Trophy Bass Lake" LAKE ARROWHEAD! This lake hosts some of Maine's biggest bass fishing tournaments around. You can even see them fishing at times in our Cove.

Lake Arrowhead is an 1100 acre lake with over 4 miles of water front. It is perfectly located between Portland, Maine and North Conway, New Hampshire. It is known for its exceptional water quality, excellant for swimming, boating and kayaking. It is full of coves, islands and finger inlets which makes for some great exploring.

Sit on an Adirondack chair or bring your beach towel down to the Cabin's sandy beach, a great place to relax, read book, watch the kids swim in the lake or catch the beautful sunset. There is a private dock for you to tie up your boat or personal watercraft and a lake trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Fishing rods, two canoes, and two kayaks are available for use during your stay at the cabin.

Play some tennis or basketball at the community courts, which is just a 3 minute walk from the cabin. Or use the fitness center with an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a fully equipped gym.

This log cabin was custom built with you in mind. The master bedroom and large loft are supplied with queen beds. There is a finished basement that has two twin beds with two pullout trundles and a futon in one room.

A full size washer and dryer and room for an additional queen bed if needed in a separate room.

The Maine coast is a great place to go for the day and is only a 35 minute drive from the Cabin. At the Coast you can visit Old Orchard Beach, which has miles of sandy beach, amusement park and entertainment for all. Kennebunkport, another great place to visit along the coast, with many activities during the summer, Fall, winter and spring.

Shawnee Peak, Located in Bridgeton is a family ski mountian, offering a veiariety of terrian for all. This ski mountian is only a 35 minute drive from the Cabin.

If down hill skiing is not for you, then visit Harris Farm for some fantastic x-counrty skiing! Just 10 minutes away, located at 280 Buzell Rd in Daton, Maine.

  • An absolutely ideal place to vacation with young kids. Ours were 10, 8 and 5 when we stayed and they had a blast. The private dock, water trampoline, beach and fire pit provided for great memories. We caught several fish right off the dock, including bass, but found a great hole out in the lake that had them catching fish faster than we could take them off and bait the hooks. We've stayed on other lakes where your neighbors are so close they could look in the windows at night but that's not the case here. There is plenty of privacy due to the layout of this lot and is something you aren't usually afforded with cottage rentals. We had an absolute blast and look forward to returning next year!

  • Our family has been going to Maine for the past four years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The cabin is kept in pristine condition and is as cozy as home. The large backyard is a bonus so we can play with the kids and have campfires at night. The lake is a hop, skip and a jump from the back door and it's great to take a canoe ride or just float around all day. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation (just don't take my week) :)
