Harvey Cedars is a lovely upscale community on LBI. Now that the beaches have been resanded, Harvey Cedars is again one of the most desirable towns on the island. The pristine beaches can be enjoyed without the the huge crowds seen in some of the other towns. Yet a lifeguard is near to protect the safety of the swimmers.
