This luxurious property is located on the 20th floor on the east side of Ocean Reef Resort Condominiums.
The extra large balcony can be accessed through both the living and master bedroom. You wake up in the morning and end each evening with a breathtaking view of the beautiful emerald waters found in Panama City Beach.
Ocean Reef is within walking distance of arcades and restaurants and one mile from Pier Park, the newest addition to Panama City Beach that boasts restaurants, shopping, and a stadium seating movie theater.
Our condominium is luxuriously new! Every amenity you need for your vacationing pleasure, we have in this unit.
Master Bedroom 1 opens to the patio with a breathtaking view of the emerald coast. This room has a king size bed and a private bath that accommodates two adults. In this bedroom you can enjoy the 47' television with HD access.
Master Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed and bath. This room has a 25' television, beautifully decorated so you can sleep in luxury.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the bath with the 4th bedroom.
The 4th bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top over a full size on the bottom.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa and love seat with ample seating for everyone to enjoy the view of the gulf. Included in this room is a 52' HD television, along with a DVD player for those evenings after the sun goes down and you're resting up for the next day's events.
This unit is perfect for one or two families with children and is beautifully furnished in blues and browns that compliment the magnificent view of Panama City Beach's emerald coast.

The condo was beautiful. There were 9 of us there and we had plenty of room. My only complaint was that on Friday before we were to check out on Sat, something happened to the pump and we had no water all day Friday. Not pleasant when you come from beach and can not take showers and have no drinking water. My wife, son and I ended up leaving Friday, so we would not have 9 people without water. I asked for a partial credit for Friday because my son-in law, daughter and grandchildren had to buy water to drink and bucket water from the basement to flush toilets, but I got no reply from Emerald Coast management.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: We want each guest that we do business with to walk away feeling satisfied and have fond memories of their vacation in Panama City Beach. We take all of the appropriate measures to ensure our guests satisfaction and are only a telephone call away to address any issues that may occur during their stay, since we live in Panama City Beach. We have had hundreds of guests throughout the years who would be happy to attest to our responsiveness. It is very important to note that the issue from this review was notated as an issue that effected the entire building and not just this unit. A temporary power outage caused the water pump at the building to go bad and all of the units at this property were effected for more than 1/2 of the day. Fortunately, the water pump was replaced and the water supply to the building restored. We worked as best we could with all of the families staying with us this week to provide as much comfort under dire circumstances but we could not single handedly resolve a building issue. We thank everyone for their patience during a very challenging day and hope that everyone realizes that a power outage effected the entire property. As a matter of policy, we do not discuss conversations with our guests on this site but please note that the tenant will receive full attention to this matter.

Great condo! So comfortable and roomy. We were there the month of Feb. for our son`s wedding. The day of the wedding was very cold so we had several of the guests in the condo for awhile after the wedding. Never felt crowded. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We loved watching the dolphins, birds, and ships. After spending a month, it felt like home, and was hard to leave. I miss the sound of the waves, and the smell of the sea breeze in the middle of the night. Tanya was so wonderful. It was so easy to work through the booking process with her, and she was so accomadating during our entire stay. We hope to return to The Emerald Coast again, and will always, only book accomadations through Tanya.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The unit is spaceous, beautifully decorated, quiet, convenient to everything, great views and the owners are great to work with. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The beach was clean. the oceal was clear and beautiful, and the pool was small but clear and refreshing. We were there the last week in June and there was no oil anywhere to be seen. Another great perk was the two covered parking spaces provided with the rental. Hope we will be able to obtain this unit on our next vacation to PC.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We have had a WONDERFUL time in your condo. We were very pleased with the size of the unit. We had 9 people in our party and never once felt crowded or closed in. The balcony would easily accomodate our entire party. The ten foot ceilings and crown moulding were beautiful and quite unexpected. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we could have wanted. The gas grills by the pool were great and we never had any trouble having one available. The security staff were very helpful and visible during our entire stay. The pool was super and our children used all day everyday. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with my family and friends.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Our week spent at Ocean Reef condos was a perfect getaway. The condo provided an awesome kitchen w/granite & new appliances for staying in & cooking, a huge flat screen in the living room for late night movies, washer/dryer stowed away neatly in the back of the unit, & overall the unit was well appointed. We felt at home from the moment we first walked in. One of the most impressive facts was that all units are on the ocean side. It was fabulous as we had a fresh sea breeze with our morning coffee on the balcony. In the evenings you could see the schools of fish & marine life swimming & playing in the waves from the 20th floor view. We took advantage of the grills in the courtyard on several occasions to grill steaks & had a couple of nice romantic dinners on the balcony. It was secluded quiet & quite spectacular. The pool & Jacuzzi were never overcrowded like the hotels are, so getting a lounger to lay on was never a problem. However we spent most of our time on the beach. The sand was white & clean. The water was clear & we took advantage of the beach loungers just a few feet from where the water crested on the shore.
