Condo 416 at Boca Ciega Resort and Marina (built in 2006) has an extraordinary ‘penthouse’ waterfront view of Boca Ciega Bay, to the delight of vacationers, business travelers and visitors to the nearby Bay Pines VA Hospital, professionals and patients alike.

For those brief periods when it does rain in Florida, room 416 is equipped with cable viewed on a 40” LCD TV with built-in DVD......or burn some calories in our exercise room. Or toast the moment in pure relaxation from your private covered balcony. Never a charge for viewing our sunsets, manatees or dolphins.

PLUS you receive a 5 day / 4 night cruise certificate entitling two a cruise to the Bahamas, Mexico or the western Caribbean........when you have paid for your 18th day of room 416 rental. Example: rent for a month (28 days), you receive a certificate for a cruise for two plus 10 days credit toward a second certificate when you are again a guest. Two days per month rental earns you a cruise in 9 months. One week per year earns your reward in 2011. Cruise offer only applicable for rental of room 416 at this time.   • Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : Multiple elevators. Most Boca Ciega units are not considered Handicapped Accessible; two units are so equipped and may be avaialble...aks me to check.
  • Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : Describe your specific needs for width and turning radius.
  • Kid Friendly : Children welcome but no specific on-site amenities for young children.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Renters shall be at least 21 years old.
