Last neighborhood before Wailea, this cozy apartment looks out over the ocean near Kam III and Keawekapu Beaches. 3-4 blocks downhill to beaches, restaurants. Close to Wailea, shopping, restaurants, and all of Maui's fabulous activities. Set back off the street, quiet, with just the sounds of the doves and other birds to entertain you and an ocean view to enjoy. Fruit trees in the yard include oranges, bananas, limes, all the tropical foliage you need to know you are in paradise...year around!

For $80 plus tax per night you have a separate bedroom with new queen bed, full bath with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with cable TV and Wifi, covered lanai with beach chairs, dining table and all with ocean and garden views. Private entrance! Gas BBQ, cooler for the beach, chairs, towels. The beach equipment is not guaranteed as part of your reservation but is complimentary. If it does not meet your needs, you are welcome to rent whatever you like from the local rental outlets that are located along S. Kihei Road nearby.

This is not a condo with a hundred other units just like it, or people coming and going at all hours. This is a private, quiet space, just your own. Located on a hill for a great view, but close to the beaches if you want to walk. 3-4 blocks to the water.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first visit to Maui and it was perfect for us! We felt that we made the ohana our own for the week. It was exactly what we needed to get oriented with the south part of the island. Karen provides more than enough kitchen and bathroom supplies, etc. to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Having the full kitchen is a huge plus if you enjoy cooking and want to save money on eating out! This is a great place for a couple, we have already recommended it to our friends looking to visit Kihei.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for 9 days and found the accomodations very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is not new, and hasn't got a lot of updates, but it is very clean, and has absolutely everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic, and on a very quiet street. We watched whales from our lanai, although you do have to be standing up to see the water. Karen was very helpful with any questions we had. We thought it was great value for your money, and would recommend it to any couple that wants quiet evenings and their own space.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

This unit is wonderful. The location is close to beaches, the ocean view is wonderful for whale watching, the unit has all the amenities you could wish for. The added touches such as beach chairs and umbrellas is much appreciated. We look forward to uor next stay in this unit
