Welcome to "Awesome View"....our comfortable, spacious, convenient, and fun beach house located in a small quiet Santa Rosa Beach neighborhood on the Scenic 30A Corridor. Our home is one of the largest floor plans offered on our cozy street consisting of only ten homes and will provide you with a perfect vacation retreat on Florida's famous Emerald Coast.
You will be just steps away from convenient public beach accesses (with rest rooms!) where you will enjoy the crystal clear, blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico for which we are famous. Walk to several great restaurants and the Gulf Place Community, a combined commercial and residential meeting spot with restaurants, cool shops, artists' colony and an outdoor amphitheater with seasonal events & entertainment. Also within walking distance is The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach club for those who like to spend some time with their clubs while the others prefer the beach. Meet together again for waterfront dining in the Beach Club Restaurant.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need when you feel like cooking. The first floor also consists of an open dining & living room as well as a bedroom, full bath and laundry room. The upscale decor will provide comfortable sophistication to your beach experience.
Going up to the next of three levels.....there are two bedrooms with baths on the second floor and the top floor houses another bedroom with bath as well. Relax on the front porches or the back patio - your pick, especially on the sometimes-cool-enough-to-sit-outside breezy evenings we have around here. With your favorite beverage, of course. And for the king and queen of the party, there is a private porch off the master retreat upstairs, perfect for romantic star gazing and morning coffee sipping while listening to the sounds of the rolling surf.
Connecting all the beach communities on the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries the nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. Only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach to the East and close to Sandestin, Baytowne, Destin & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall to the West.
