We rented this incredible home as a family for a special Christmas together. It was simply amazing. So much room, we loved the amenities that we shared together. The views at night were so beautiful and we were able to enjoy some much needed time together. The photos on the VRBO listing are nice, but many were left out of the actual inside of the home. It is so much more breathtaking in person. The owner's assistant checked us and and offered us some extra concierge-type services. It was so nice. THe whole family loved being together for Christmas with a nice fireplace and plenty of room to spread out and laugh and talk. We highly recommend this home! With 20 people in a group, its a perfect house. Anymore it could be a little crowded in beds. With everyone pitching in to rent it, it will definately impress.

Loved the home, quite incredible! It was hard to find at first when we arrived, that was a little frustrating, but once we got there, it was incredible. The surrounding mountainous setting is so beautiful and the view is everything the description explains, really is panoramic and unobstructed. I enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony at night on the swing chair they had and relaxing. We ordered pizza and just watched the kids play down below on the trampoline they have built-in to the ground. It was an unforgettable vacation. We had a problem with the washing machine not draining properly so we called the 24/7 maintenance man and he came right over at 9 pm and fixed it. It was great service, something we didn't expect that late at night. But I guess with such an amazing home, the staff is just as great. I would highly recommend taking a walk up to the nearby mountain on the trailhead at night. It is such a peaceful, beautiful hike.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Brad and his wife were so friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the extra help with all the electronic operational details (there is so much in the house to do and know). The kids were in heaven, which made me happy because we had planned this trip long in advance and wanted it to be a great experience. The photos were accurate, but its hard to envision the surrounding area and the whole house without tons and tons of photos and videos. Luckily, they do have a youtube video for this home "Chateau Bellavista Estate", watching that video really helped to get an idea what we were renting, would highly recommend watching it. The distance from downtown is about 30 minutes, but if you want a nice peaceful escape from everything, this is a great home and so many fun things to do here.

We rented this amazing home for my wedding open house. It wasn't cheap, but I will never forget it. We setup chairs and tables and spent a whole day decorating, but when the guests arrived, it made the whole experience worth it. It was so magical. My brides maids were so cute and would not stop talking about how gorgeous the place was. Of course, the whoel time, I was rejoicing inside because my parents helped me make it happen and we found the place. The backyard was so beauitufl, the food was amazing, and the whole experience was just everything i imagined. We were able to stay overnight as part of the rental (sort of like a honeymoon thing), that so so fun for my new husband and I. I would highly recommend renting this home for a wedding or a special party or celebration. It was such a huge success and I think the guests, my family from out of town, and all involved really enjoyed the whole event.

Highly recommend for groups. We loved it here. The balcony out back was so much fun to sit on at night and enjoy the winter sunsets. Such an impressive place and the kids loved it too. We would love to return in the near future.

Our whole family stayed here last week and we just wanted to say thank you. The home was incredible. We appreciated the groceries you had delivered for us on time and in the fridge when we arrived. The drinks were just what we ordered too. What a place. I would recommend this to anyone! Wonderful place!

We skied Alta, paid a lot to stay here, so we expected alot. Our expectations were met in every way. The home's air hockey table malfunctioned, but they were right out to fix it the next day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we were glad the home was located so close to the ski resort.

We have been coming to Utah every year, never have we splurged on lodging like we did this year. It was kind of funny when we arrived one of the ladies in our group gasped when we pulled up. She could not get over the home (it was kind of a surprise for everyone). It was fun to have been the one planning our trip months in advance to see everyone so pleased...gave me some real satisfaction too, since we have always stayed in condos. Our trip this year was one to remember and I think next year we will being more people with us and get this home again. Brad, Nelson, Heather and the whole staff was great to work with, so knowledgable about the area and it really helped. A+ guys, wonderful place!

Visited family and hosted a Thanksgiving dinner here and the family who lives in Utah was more impressed about the home we rented than the food we had catered. It was so much fun to be together and experience memories and see the kids. The beds are very comfortable, Brad and his wife are very gracious and helpful, and we really liked the romance of the views at night, We even got lucky and had a snow storm hit and got to watch the valley elow fill up with beautiful white stuff.

Its nice to deal with classy people. The home speaks for itself, we have stayed in homes like these all over the world on VRBO. Brad was nice to work with, very helpful, and his staff were very accommodating (rare to find). The home was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and will look you up when we come next year in August.

You will love this place. We brought a group of associates in for a convention. I found this home on VRBO and thought it would be awesome to host everyone from New York. It was a huge hit! My boss actually gave me a raise because of it. When you first pull up to it, it is so gorgeous, but because there are so many other big homes you pass getting to it, it taints is majesty a bit. But, its when you get inside that you just are in awe. Such an incredible balcony and 2 story high windows with endless views. THe grand piano was really a nice touch too. We just put a CD in and let it play all night when clients came over. We had meals catered and delivered, and the theater was so nice. The hot tub is on the lower level below on the lower terrace, but the gas fire pit logs lit up next to the hot tub at night was incredible with the views. I told the guys, I will have to bring my wife since its so romantic. Great house, highly recommend to anyone (its so worth the money). Its also right on the mountain, so it would be a great ski location (even though I wasn't there for that, but will be back for sure!)
