This is a simple nice brick home with 2 car garage perfect for executive stay, vacationing families or couples, or house hunters transferring to the Atlanta area. The kitchen is clean and ample with all of the durable cooking items you need to prepare meals. There is a small playground and pool. There is no tennis. We are 10 minutes from Northpoint Parkway 20 minutes from Atlanta, and very close to Windward Parkway, Roswell and 1 mile from GA 400. This property books fast, and stays booked.
This is better and cheaper than a hotel with over 3000 square feet of living space. Because of the huge response, we are having to slightly increase our rates for all of the services that have been requested to include wireless internet, cable. We do not have a cleaning fee and you can check-in at any hour of the day or night with no additional costs. Your check-in documents are emailed to you the day of check-in with code access. Please understand that we will provide you with the first toilet tissue set up but otherwise, no consumable items such as paper products, shampoo, soap or trash bags are provided as this is a rental home not a hotel. If prior renters happen to leave things like spices, paper products or non-personal clean items we will leave them in the home. We remove all used items like soaps etc.
This home is in a better Alpharetta subdivision and the HOA is strict. Only 4 cars are allowed and must be parked within the driveway and garage. There is NO street parking. We have very strict guidelines on pet and they must be prearranged. We charge a $100 deposit for the home which is refunded within 3 days of checkout. Pet deposits must be negotiated ahead of time. Folks wishing to rent for 1 night must understand that I do not rent for parties. Small dinner events with 4 cars or fewer are fine. Renters must be 30 years or older to rent.
Please check our calendar for available dates. You can email us your request. Don't forget that we must collect motel tax and applicable Fulton County Sales Tax for folks renting by the day or week.
Please note. I carry an IPHONE and try to respond to your inquiries within 1 hour. However, I am a HCP and I may be able to respond but cannot send confirmation documents until evening or weekends. To expedite your confirmation the following process is recommended:

This is a beautiful, cozy home located in a perfect neighborhood of Alpharetta. The owners Suzanne and Enzo were so accommodating. They made our vacation so enjoyable. The home was clean, had comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, strip malls, Walmart, Target, Publix, and restaurants close by. This was our first trip to Georgia and fell in love with it. When the time comes, we plan on retiring in your State!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

The listing description was clear and concise regarding the location. Plenty of stores, resturants, and specialty shops were in the area....including Wal-Mart. We could not have picked a better location. It wasn't far from GA 400 or HWY 285 and we avoided paying toll fare each time. The property was very clean and maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet. My children especially enjoyed the pool. The owners were responsive and courteous. They were concern with making our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this house to anyone. The cost outweighs the service that you would get at an hotel. As a pointer, just be prepared to stock the house if you have children. i.e tissue, napkins, etc.

Our ministry team rented this home while attending a conference in the Atlanta area. The listing description was accurate and the pictures clearly reflected the appearance of the home. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions and correspondence was smooth and prompt. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Atlanta area.
